hm... just keep your eyes open?
i spose you could run a scanner thingi over ur arm/neck/hand .. and see if anything comes up? .. but if it was somehow put into someone without permission, it would probly be adjusted to put the person in a state of complecency and happiness to where theyre not gonna be thinking about anything wrong.

Be hard to get hold of a scanner those who do the chipping would have the scanner. The how would you remove it? imagine going to a doctor or hospital and asking for a an xray saying I think I've been chipped.

Just go to your veterinarian or animal control shelter.
THey'll probably scan ya, even if just for a laugh.
