oh, absolutely agree...and bill likes to view himself as a progressive thinker!
most of his guests are pretty benign and if there is anyone who questions the government (eg. in relation to 911) or any nwo agenda, there is always another guest to counteract the argument which serves the point to blah, blah, blah rather than air any reasoned explanation. i haven't watched his show for ageeeeeeeees (i don't live in america anymore), yet some of his new rules did make me larf on occasion!

dude Maher just can't make the leap to supporting 9-11 truth, so can't a lot of people, he's still a good journalist
