Hi everyone, I don't know whether anyone is interested but I know from reading people's threads that there are quite a lot of spirtual people on this forum and I thought it may help to post any messages or words of wisdom somewhere.

I do attend a circle and some of the things that come through are very thought provoking and uplifting but sometimes very cryptic and symbolic so it would be nice for somewhere to post our experiences and if we are having trouble translating them, perhaps we can all enlighten each other.

I have had a quick look and I couldn't see if this has been done before, so I think it may be good to see what people get when meditating etc., in order to share it with us all, especially now we are going through planetary changes etc.:)

One meditation I did have recently started off with me looking at the Pyramids in Egypt. As I watched it, the top flew up and was suspended in mid air and I thought to myself, "Oh that is the Illuminati" I then became aware of flying with someone, though I do not know who, but they took me to Scotland, from then I flew to America, then to Europe, Africa and finally Australia. Nothing of significance happened in any country though I was made aware that Europe was the time of the Renaissonse. I then flew straight up into the sky and was shown the earth and from the back of me flew past another earth, exactly the same and was placed over the earth that was there. This was repeated quite a few times, though I do not know how many, I never counted, but the impression I got was that the earth has been replaced many, many times because it has been destroyed, probably by us. Perhaps there is a lesson to learn here.

It did make me think that perhaps we were a part of some arcade game, that when the earth was destroyed, someone was waiting to put in their coin once more to start the game all over again. It does make you feel quite small put like that!! I don't know how anyone else might interpret that one.:)

I used to go to the one in Wrexham, but now I attend a circle in Rhuddlan just outside Rhyl, North Wales. I love it and we mainly concentrate on healing. It doesn't have a name as such because it is apparently not recognised by any authority but it is healing with Angels. It is on a Friday night and I should be there now but my husband took a trip to Alton Towers today and didn't come back in time for me to go so I didn't have anyone to look after the kids.:mad::)

I know it's not addressed to me but if you fast, retain semen and meditate then you will only build your astral body which causes the inner vision.

If you want to go deeper then there are many other things at your disposal but notice how the newage stuff completely misses out the main three. They do go into meditation but not properly, meditation should be more like Zen, extremely concentrated but not necessarily long in duration.

Hi Synergy,

I have been meditating now for about 5 years but I am still a beginner. It does take years and years, if not lifetimes to perfect.

What we do in circle, which I find quite easy is to sit upright in a comfortable chair so that you can relax, play music quietly if it helps you to focus. I say a little pray first and ask mother earth to anchor me to her and I visualise my feet sprouting roots and embedding themselves to the ground. I ask my guides and angels to come forward into my aura and draw close and ask for spiriual enlightenment/a spiritual journey/philosophy etc. I open my chakras, I do this by visualising myself holding a key and unlocking each one, working my way up. If you do not know, it is red for the base (just above pelvis), orange for the chakra below your navel, yellow for the solar plexus (where you get that gut feeling), green/pink for the heart chakra, blue for the throat, purple for the third eye and finally lilac or pure white for the crown (top of the head). I unlock each one with a key and there is an outpouring of colour from the front and the back but only white from the top crown. You can also visualise the chakras as flower buds opening up into flower in the same colours too, I don't suppose it matters.

You then have to breath deeply and rythemically like the waves on the shore lapping up onto the beach and listen to your heart beat. We sometimes visualise breathing in white pure energy and exhaling the crap out of us. When you first start out lots of different things pop into your head, like what you are missing on the telly, or what you want to have for tea, but try to keep your mind as blank as possible. What someone said to me was to acknowledge the thought in your mind but say to yourself, "thinking". The more you practise this the easier it becomes. Also, try looking through the third eye as you are visualising, it helps when you start to focus on pictures and journeys that you go on.

We then visualise a staircase in front of us with seven steps and slowly we walk up these steps and walk across the landing to a door at the end. I visualise an old oak wooden door. We turn the handle and walk into the room, but it is so bright we cannot see anything in it only light, but we step inside. Once we become used to the light we notice a spot on the floor that is brighter than the rest and we stand on it. Above us then showers down all the different colours of the rainbow, cleansing and purifying us.

We walk forward and up a further staircase with a number of doors on the landing. There is one room for healing (if you go into here, there is a couch that you can lie down on and your guides and angels heal you whilst you are there. There is a door where your family and friends are waiting to welcome you, people you know and people that you don't recognise, from other worlds and other existences and lives.

There is also a door to the outside where there is a crystal path that leads over a little bridge and up a winding steep hill. There is a temple to your left with a guide waiting to welcome you. Once inside you will see your heart suspended in the middle with photos of every life you have ever lived. Most of the time these are blurred, but you know that they are there. This is where we heal our heart. Place a hand on a part of it and ask for that part to be healed. You can also ask why that part of your heart needs healing to see if it holds any relevance, you may get an answer. You can also ask for your guide to show you a past life you have had. Look to see what is shown to you.

If you just want to journey, after cleansing yourself, you can remain in that room and just wait to see where you are taken. Sometimes it takes a while and sometimes it is instant. If you think you can see something developing, stay with it because sometimes, you don't see things that clearly, sometimes it will be a feeling of knowing and other times you hear a voice. Acknowledge everything and don't forget to thank them all for their efforts and love.

When you have finished, don't forget to ask that the energy of love be sent out across the world where they are most needed or something similar and close your chakras. It is a wonderful experience, try it!!

If I can help you any further, please do ask. I am not saying that I will be able to answer you straight away, as I said, I am still learning too, but I can always ask someone for you.:)

The Wrexham Circle used to be run by a Wiccan, we used to celebrate Winter and Summer Solstice etc. and have a white feast, it was lovely, but the one in Rhuddlin is just a spiritual circle with no preference of what ones beliefs are. The spirit guides run it and decide what we are going to do each week.

:)Another meditation I had recently which I would like to share with everyone is only a very short journey I went on when I was in the purifying room. I looked up and saw a large metallic star shaped disc above me and as I wondered what it was, it swooped from side to side showing me that it was a space craft. It moved a little away from me and shone down a light. I knew that I was meant to go and stand in this light, so I did.

I was instantly transported up into the craft where there were three people. They were not human, because their heads were a little larger and bulbus and their eyes were also slightly bigger and dark. There were of average height. I went over and gave them all a hug, (because I'm nice like that!:))

I asked them if they spoke English, my language but they didn't actually reply to me by speaking, but I heard them say that they spoke the universal language of telepathy where there was no language barrier. They confirmed that we would be given this gift as it would be made available to all, but they were very vague when I asked when (ever being impatient!) Their reply was that timing was of the utmost importance.

And that was basically that. My impression of this was that it would not be something that would be instantly given to all at the same time, I felt that it was something for each of us to work towards, but that once we reached a certain level, that would be our gift. I don't know who they were or where they were from, I didn't ask, but then again, I didn't really get the opportunity to. Perhaps I was only meant to know that telepathy was something that we would all be able to tap into.

You visualise the stairs, going into the room etc. but the journeys, spirit contact/pictures is all down to spirit, because you don't know what they are going to show you or where they are going to take you or what they are going to say to you, or indeed who you will see!

It is hard to see what is going on when you are trapped inside the workings of a machine, operating and moving the cogs, in order for the machine to work efficiently. You need to step outside, and take a few steps back until you can see the bigger picture. You will then be in a better position to decide for yourself, if you want to carry on being an operator within the mechanics of the machine.

Yes the shackles do get removed but then you get a little alienated as the level you have reached as you have said can take years and is as such out of the reach of the masses...

I am really trying to give it a go and thanks to a couple of things I am on track...

I never knew that either, so thank you. I read that much and stick things in my favourites, then I go off and click on another site, then I forget what I was reading in the first page.

But I know what it is like to try and get some peace and quiet and most importantly time - life is too hectic, but we should make time, because our spirituality is just as important to our progression.

Yes it is...!I have studied (not in any great depth I must admit but I trust my intuition...) a number of paths and I am comfortable with what I have found...

Last year I got a knock on the door from two very nice Mormons of the Latter Day Saints who tried so hard to convert me into seeing what they truly believe to be the truth and that their movement was in fact the only one who held the key to the entrance to heaven. Eventually in a last ditch attempt they asked me to meditate and to open my heart to God as he would speak the truth and confirm that what they had been saying was the truth.

I mused over this for a day or two and after much soul searching thought that I would indeed ask what the truth was. In my first attempt, I saw a figure in white with wings, who I perceived to be an angel, their words to me was;

"You already know the truth, you are on the right path" I knew then that the spiritual path was the right one.

However, the following week in the circle I attend I went off on a little meditation of my own. There was a door to my left that I just had to open and there in front of me was the biggest Father Christmas sitting looking at me, but he was all dressed in white. In fact I said "Father Christmas" and he laughed at me. He beckoned me to sit upon his lap and called me child. Once I had climbed up and perched myself upon his knee, he said something along the lines of;

"Don't go worrying about which religion is the right one because it simply doesn't matter. Everyone will walk with me eventually." That is really all I can remember but it stuck in my mind that no matter what path we chose to walk down, every single path will ultimately lead to God. Perhaps some paths are longer than others with many obstacles along the way, but I am at least happy in the knowledge that we will all undeniably get there in the end!!:)

Another meditation I have had was where I was taken to Alaska. I could not work out the relevance of this, and spent all night wondering if it was to do with the shape of Alaska, the name of Alaska or the position of Alaska. All I knew is that I was being shown it as something of significance.

The following day I meditated once again and I asked what the relevance was I had been struggling to work it out for myself. Almost immediately, I was told that if I take the ASK out of Alaska, I am left with Ala, so my message had been that I was to ask ala!

Simply put I did ask Ala to show me something to enhance my spiritual growth and immediately I was surrounded in what I can only describe as dark negative energy. I was told to "Think Love" which I did and immediately, the dark negative energy was pushed away and in it's place was a beautiful purple light. This repeated itself 4 or 5 times until I realised the significance of it, which is simply, just think love always and the dark negative energies that are around will vanish.

I also saw that in doing this minor small task, that healing spiralling energies were closing up holes in the purple blanket. My only understanding of this was that, sometimes there may be openings or portals perhaps where energies can come through of a negative nature, but the healing grean spirals was busy closing these as I meditated and projected out love.

I hope many of you will draw comfort from this and exercise this simple task as I now do. Please feel free to give me your feedback and anything similar you have experienced.:)

I recently did a meditation in my circle where we had to go anywhere in the world to do some healing. Before I knew it I was in space looking down at Africa. I decided to start off on the right hand side in the middle and work my way across spreading out love and healing as I went. Almost immediately a picture of an African man flashed into my mind and when I asked who he was I received the name "MUWALA".

We joined together and we continued spreading out love and healing to Africa. The following day, I asked my husband, who was on the PC to do a Google search on Muwala and Africa and a good proportion of links that popped up were to do with Uganda. Not knowing where exactly Uganda was in terms of Africa, I looked on the Atlas and it was exactly where I had been on the night before in my meditation, which was to the right in the middle. I was completely blown away by this and very excited to realise that these experiences are in fact real.

I was also taken to a few islands that I was told were the Cayman Islands and that it was a very negative place, so love and healing was sent out. Once again, the following day when I did a search, the Islands as I saw them in my meditation were exactly the same.

Last week we were to ask what our life contract is. This is the agreement to carry out a particular duty on the earth.

I was taken by the hands by a beautiful golden/yellow glowing person and we began to spin round extremely fast. I felt like a tornado, or a great storm, something at least that was full of turmoil.

Suddenly it stopped and I was standing alone looking out to sea. The sea was calm and I could see Countries from across the sea drawing closer to me. I thought to myself that this could not really happen so I interpreted this as perhaps I had agreed to draw people together from all over the world. I also thought, how I could have agreed to something like that and how on earth, this could be something that I could even perform being just one small person in the greater scheme of things.

I was then projected into space and was told that I wasn't small, I was in fact huge and I felt that I had become everything from the stars, space to the wind, rain, sun, all the people, the sea, animals and plants. At that very moment I knew that I was everything, but not only just me, but each and everyone of us, we were all the same, exactly the same and that by hurting another, we were just hurting ourselves. It was a wonderful experience and one that will stay with me forever. I did feel like a genie must feel being let out of his small prison of a bottle.

I felt compelled to share this with everyone, because it really doesn't matter what we look like on the outside, the simple fact is we are One, we are the same, we are all one person, or part of the same person, be it God, Consciousness or whatever and I wanted to share that with you all.

I had another profound meditation last week and this too needs to be shared.

I was shown pyramids and was told that although these structures are what shapes society presently within each triangle, are circles. These circles are growing in size, which represents our conscienceness growing every day as more and more people are starting to see the truth. Eventually these circles will outgrow the triangles, causing them to break and fall away.

As each circle grows, we will become a society of circles which means there won't be those at the top knowing things that those at the bottom don't, each will be equal and in the same knowledgeable position.

I was also shown two of these circles coming together producing an egg timer shape inbetween and I was told that for the triangular based person who fell away, they would be playing a waiting game like the egg timer, falling to the bottom before they could emerge as a circle of conscienceness in their own right, but that ultimately, everyone would become circular, it will just be that some will take a little longer to embrace this new structure of society.

It was all very positive, which is a good thing, as ultimately we are all the same and we can only benefit by coming together and sending love out to those who are closed to anything beyond the five senses.

This is a very good piece of advice and one which is aimed at our spirituality as opposed to physically.

Whilst we are vibrating at the same frequency as the negative energies around us we can fall foul of being controlled, pursued, harmed etc.

So simply put if we can raise our spiritual self to vibrate at a higher frequency, we are immune from any harm at all. We will find that we are not in the wrong place at the wrong time, we did not catch that fateful flight that never completed its journey, we did not go out the night that riots started etc. etc. At the time, we may feel a sense of unease or disappointment that we were late, let down, could not go, etc. but when you are vibrating at a higher level, disaster evades you, you repulse negative energies as they are not on your wavelength.

I was late taking my children to school once and as I rushed to get them there at the back of my mind was that this has caused me to be late for work. After I dropped off my kids and drove to work, police and ambulance shot past me and a little further down the carriageway there had been a 3 car smash. Whilst I was so frustrated at being late, I saw in that moment my reason why.

Love everyone, even your enemies as they are still you, love the world that you have created because it is perfect in every way. Have respect for all living things and appreciate the beauty around you. Thank God for giving you this special opportunity to make a positive difference to the world as he is in you, and finally, Love yourself for you are the world.

I lay in bed one evening recently and I suddenly found myself flying. I saw the most amazing sight, I was in the darkness but I saw buildings all lit up linked by patterns all outlined with patterns each different and unique to each building. It was not solid, but like a lazer show it was beautiful but I did not understand what it was or why I was flying over it.

It wasn't until today that I asked for a bit more information and clarification as to what I had seen. All that came into my mind at first was that it was a blueprint, but I did not really understand that reply. Then I was told that paradise was within our grasp and then I was told that blue prints were quickly being prepared in readiness for the new world and what I had seen was part of that blue print.

I still do not fully understand what it was all about but perhaps I am not supposed to but if anyone can shed any light or have experienced anything similar I should enjoy hearing about it. All I know is that we should all draw excitement and hope from this as it is a positive step forward.

Earlier this morning I thought I would just clear my mind and see what happened and instantly I saw an outstretched hand, warm and inviting, strong and uplifting.

I was told that our search for the truth has two elements, one that is makes us aware as to what is going on in the world and two we can then choose to feed the truth or starve the truth.

Our continual search makes us inadvertantly feed the truth because we are focused on it, mortified and horrified by it, think of it and talk about it, watch it, repeat it, etc. etc. etc.

However, once we become aware, there is no need to then keep on searching for more truths, or to do any of the above things at all - this is where we slip up. By being aware, we are armoured to starve it by ignoring it and getting on with our lives and empowering ourselves with love and friendship, by being helpful and hopeful, doing things for ourselves and others and sharing what we have and enjoying those moments knowing that all is well.

If we watch the news here via other mediums that this horrific thing happened and that is going to happen and focus on those things, then we go back to feeding that truth. Send out love and healing by thoughts and actions of loving and appreciating everything around you and do not focus on the bad news.

As an example - On the news - swine flu, swine flu, panic, panic, she has died, he has died, we are all going to die - just turn around, ignore it and get on with your love filled lives - result will be no swine flu.

I saw this being shown to me as one person standing as a pillar of strength. From this person emanates love, compassion, empathy, service to others, wisdom, healing, friendship, sharing, respect, appreciation and all other beautiful radiant wonders, which showers onto those around them. Once touched or awoken, we join to make that pillar of strength stronger showering out even more beauty, love and healing further afield and so on and so on like a chain effect. There are pillars of strength all over the world.

I was also informed that we are all undergoing a tough and TESTING time at the moment but the helping hand of friendship is always outstretched to guide us and when the time is right, we will all be given the tools necessary but it will be our choice - no-one will be left out, the tools we need will be there for us, for everyone, and then it will be up to us as to what we decide to do with those tools. They will be the tools to lead us into how it was before, a returning to paradise. Now that is making a positive difference. :)

Hello Julieray, the triangle pyramids in Egypt are also what is known as stargates; ie. the Bermuda Triangle where an entire plane any ships have gone missing. They are portals to other dimensions and places so this could be spirit using a stargate to take you other places in the past. This is a wonderful trip they took you on! It is absolutely correct that the Earth has been replenished many times in the millenia it has existed. As long as Earth exists it has done this every 6,000 years to cleanse itself of negative energy as it is a self renewing, living entity. It is the Illuminati and those who rule them who perverted and misused the triangle for their own purposes. It is not a sign of evil.

Ha! Sounds like you met greys! :) I remember years ago back in the late nineties when I was reading about ETs and I happened to look up and I saw a little grey about 3ft high sitting watching me on my sofa. When your vibration is high enough a person can start to see them and other ETs while awake. I've also had them project images into my mind - they never do speak like we do. It's all telepathy. One thing I noticed about these greys is that they projected an intense amount of energy - not with emotions though. These I suspect are the positive greys known as Rumardians. They are truly ancient beings whose first contact with humans was with the Dogon of South Africa. They do not have emotions as humans do, neither do they eat as humans do as they do not have a digestive system. They absorb liquid food into themselves by taking nutrient-rich baths.


I have a couple of questions for you!
Did you feel any kinship with them?
Did you see any kind of etheric cord attached to you from their ship?

In fact I said "Father Christmas" and he laughed at me. He beckoned me to sit upon his lap and called me child. Once I had climbed up and perched myself upon his knee, he said something along the lines of;

"Don't go worrying about which religion is the right one because it simply doesn't matter. Everyone will walk with me eventually." That is really all I can remember but it stuck in my mind that no matter what path we chose to walk down, every single path will ultimately lead to God. Perhaps some paths are longer than others with many obstacles along the way, but I am at least happy in the knowledge that we will all undeniably get there in the end!!:)

Another meditation I have had was where I was taken to Alaska. I could not work out the relevance of this, and spent all night wondering if it was to do with the shape of Alaska, the name of Alaska or the position of Alaska. All I knew is that I was being shown it as something of significance.

The following day I meditated once again and I asked what the relevance was I had been struggling to work it out for myself. Almost immediately, I was told that if I take the ASK out of Alaska, I am left with Ala, so my message had been that I was to ask ala!

Simply put I did ask Ala to show me something to enhance my spiritual growth and immediately I was surrounded in what I can only describe as dark negative energy. I was told to "Think Love" which I did and immediately, the dark negative energy was pushed away and in it's place was a beautiful purple light. This repeated itself 4 or 5 times until I realised the significance of it, which is simply, just think love always and the dark negative energies that are around will vanish.

I also saw that in doing this minor small task, that healing spiralling energies were closing up holes in the purple blanket. My only understanding of this was that, sometimes there may be openings or portals perhaps where energies can come through of a negative nature, but the healing grean spirals was busy closing these as I meditated and projected out love.

I hope many of you will draw comfort from this and exercise this simple task as I now do. Please feel free to give me your feedback and anything similar you have experienced.:)

Last week we were to ask what our life contract is. This is the agreement to carry out a particular duty on the earth.

I was taken by the hands by a beautiful golden/yellow glowing person and we began to spin round extremely fast. I felt like a tornado, or a great storm, something at least that was full of turmoil.

Suddenly it stopped and I was standing alone looking out to sea. The sea was calm and I could see Countries from across the sea drawing closer to me. I thought to myself that this could not really happen so I interpreted this as perhaps I had agreed to draw people together from all over the world. I also thought, how I could have agreed to something like that and how on earth, this could be something that I could even perform being just one small person in the greater scheme of things.

I was then projected into space and was told that I wasn't small, I was in fact huge and I felt that I had become everything from the stars, space to the wind, rain, sun, all the people, the sea, animals and plants. At that very moment I knew that I was everything, but not only just me, but each and everyone of us, we were all the same, exactly the same and that by hurting another, we were just hurting ourselves. It was a wonderful experience and one that will stay with me forever. I did feel like a genie must feel being let out of his small prison of a bottle.

I felt compelled to share this with everyone, because it really doesn't matter what we look like on the outside, the simple fact is we are One, we are the same, we are all one person, or part of the same person, be it God, Consciousness or whatever and I wanted to share that with you all.

We are all sparks of life from the Source, different in nature and endowments but ultimately from the Source. What a wonderful set of mediations you've had! Please continue to share them.

I tend to get messages and other information while asleep. My mother's friend is a full-blown psychic and she told me yesterday that I had a man and woman, both Ancient Egyptians and a Native American man with me and that I am going to start channelling messages to others soon. I lay in bed one evening recently and I suddenly found myself flying. I saw the most amazing sight, I was in the darkness but I saw buildings all lit up linked by patterns all outlined with patterns each different and unique to each building. It was not solid, but like a lazer show it was beautiful but I did not understand what it was or why I was flying over it.

It wasn't until today that I asked for a bit more information and clarification as to what I had seen. All that came into my mind at first was that it was a blueprint, but I did not really understand that reply. Then I was told that paradise was within our grasp and then I was told that blue prints were quickly being prepared in readiness for the new world and what I had seen was part of that blue print.

I still do not fully understand what it was all about but perhaps I am not supposed to but if anyone can shed any light or have experienced anything similar I should enjoy hearing about it. All I know is that we should all draw excitement and hope from this as it is a positive step forward.

What I feel from this is the interconnection of energies which make up the physical realm being broken down and forming light energy. From physical low vibrational energy to a faster, higher vibrational energy. All that is physically solid is turning into light energy as we get closer to the earth's ascension. More than this I cannot say.

Earlier this morning I thought I would just clear my mind and see what happened and instantly I saw an outstretched hand, warm and inviting, strong and uplifting.

I was told that our search for the truth has two elements, one that is makes us aware as to what is going on in the world and two we can then choose to feed the truth or starve the truth.

Our continual search makes us inadvertantly feed the truth because we are focused on it, mortified and horrified by it, think of it and talk about it, watch it, repeat it, etc. etc. etc.

However, once we become aware, there is no need to then keep on searching for more truths, or to do any of the above things at all - this is where we slip up. By being aware, we are armoured to starve it by ignoring it and getting on with our lives and empowering ourselves with love and friendship, by being helpful and hopeful, doing things for ourselves and others and sharing what we have and enjoying those moments knowing that all is well.

If we watch the news here via other mediums that this horrific thing happened and that is going to happen and focus on those things, then we go back to feeding that truth. Send out love and healing by thoughts and actions of loving and appreciating everything around you and do not focus on the bad news.

As an example - On the news - swine flu, swine flu, panic, panic, she has died, he has died, we are all going to die - just turn around, ignore it and get on with your love filled lives - result will be no swine flu.

I saw this being shown to me as one person standing as a pillar of strength. From this person emanates love, compassion, empathy, service to others, wisdom, healing, friendship, sharing, respect, appreciation and all other beautiful radiant wonders, which showers onto those around them. Once touched or awoken, we join to make that pillar of strength stronger showering out even more beauty, love and healing further afield and so on and so on like a chain effect. There are pillars of strength all over the world.

I was also informed that we are all undergoing a tough and TESTING time at the moment but the helping hand of friendship is always outstretched to guide us and when the time is right, we will all be given the tools necessary but it will be our choice - no-one will be left out, the tools we need will be there for us, for everyone, and then it will be up to us as to what we decide to do with those tools. They will be the tools to lead us into how it was before, a returning to paradise. Now that is making a positive difference. :)

Ha! Sounds like you met greys! :) I remember years ago back in the late nineties when I was reading about ETs and I happened to look up and I saw a little grey about 3ft high sitting watching me on my sofa. When your vibration is high enough a person can start to see them and other ETs while awake. I've also had them project images into my mind - they never do speak like we do. It's all telepathy. One thing I noticed about these greys is that they projected an intense amount of energy - not with emotions though. These I suspect are the positive greys known as Rumardians. They are truly ancient beings whose first contact with humans was with the Dogon of South Africa. They do not have emotions as humans do, neither do they eat as humans do as they do not have a digestive system. They absorb liquid food into themselves by taking nutrient-rich baths.


I have a couple of questions for you!
Did you feel any kinship with them?
Did you see any kind of etheric cord attached to you from their ship?

I have to say that you are correct in as much as they do not show emotion like us, I hugged and kissed each of them but I don't think any of them hugged or kissed me back, they just stood all in a row, but I certainly did not feel that they were negative in any way or hostile towards me.

I have always been interested in all things spiritual, in fact when I was young for Christmas every year I would have books to do with Monsters Ghosts and UFOs as that is all I was interested in and I must have only been about 7 or 8. So as you can see it is something that no-one has ever had to convince me to believe in I just did. I have meditated now for approximately 7 years maybe a little longer, but for me I was a long time developing and even now, sometimes I get messages loud and clear and other times it is as if there are cross wires and nothing gets through clearly, but I love doing it when I get time and I find it so uplifting and inspiring.

I used to think I wish I could see my family members that have passed so that I could messages from them, but now I have been along this slightly different path, I have never looked back. It is varied and I never know what I will get next, so most of it can be completely unexpected. I am so glad you have enjoyed them. The ones I have posted are the ones that I think should be shared with everyone as they are messages of love and healing and about our future if we learn to live a love filled existence.:)

I like your interpretation that sounds very pleasing to me. Sometimes I do have to think about what I see before I feel happy with what I am being told. They certainly do not make it very easy and you have to work hard it, but it is so satisfying and does get easier. Funny you should say that because my husband mentioned years ago that he was talking to a scientist where he used to work (it was called BICC that made electricity cables) and the scientist said that they had studied the composition of stars and that they were exactly the same as us. So when I call you a real star - that is absolutely correct!:D

I must have read somewhere ages ago that our family in the heavens do not really like being called aliens but would prefer to be called star brothers and sisters, so for a long time now that is exactly what I do call them. :)

I cannot say I am 100% sure on this but from your description of them (they differ greatly in facial features and height due to mixtures with reptilian beings and humans) they sound most like greys. There are lots of resources online about human contact with greys and the different species worth reading. Use your intuition to determine what is correct.
The reason I asked about this is because starseeds/indigo/crystal people often describe feeling like they've 'come home' to those who truly understand them and this indicates a connection with a ship via an etheric cord (mine is blue) and ET beings. I feel you are an one of these beings. Not all indigo/crystal beings are from a ship. There are those who are under the care of Metatron and Melchizidek.

Not at all! I feel compelled to share what I know. This is what a part of my life path is. To learn deeper than average spiritual knowledge, both from spirit and from other elevated souls. Always trust your intuition on people, including me. I rely on it more than ever and it grows stronger. At present only truly crystalline children know what their true mission here on earth is. Most other indigo or starseed people are still trying to figure this out. Some know some of what they are here for. I know from the trial I was put through last year was to prepare me for helping clear away negativity from the earth plane. What I was put through was, to put it delicately, 'not nice.' I feel that my role is not going to be a pleasant one. My life contract before I was born was that I was never to marry or have children because of what I am to do on Earth. So, yes I do feel I have a 'mission.' here. Because of my life path I have little connection emotionally to other people. I was chosen and pre-prepared for this 'austere' life pattern. Chosen by Metatron because it was felt I am the 'right soul for the job,' for want of a better choice of words.

As a child I loved all things to do with elementals and I know that during my sleep state and before I was incarnated I helped elemental beings tend the planet. I always had an active imagination, vivid, lucid dreams and few friends! I was a child who preferred books to other children and never really connected with other children. Always the oddball! Other children didn't understand me and so I turned to children's books to keep my mind occupied. I always had deeper than usual emotional feelings connected to places, music and things. I now know who and what I am and I love the new realms and dimensions that are opening up for me too! :)

LOL! I feel like I am being marked on schoolwork! :D Everything is getting faster and there just isn't anymore time for anything. There literally is no more time. No time to get everything you want done. Time has been sped up and is continuing to accelerate. The dark powers that be cannot contain this light, it is hitting the planet at an ever increasing rate and intensity. It will not be long before the truth about the ascension and the barriers between ETs and ourselves will be broken down for ever.

That is interesting, I was of the opinion that Greys were either 4ft or 7ft and were malevolent beings. From what I have read and seen on the TV they are the ones involved in alien abductions of humans where they carry out all sorts of painful procedures on them in the name of their research, whatever that may be.

I have never heard of Metatron or Melchizidek. I shall Google them to find out a bit more. I remember doing a meditation once where we were asked to look in the mirror at our true image. All I saw was a purple blob. So I guess that I am a purple blob disguised as a human!:D

When i get a minute I will try and ponder on that theory of yours and see if I can get any information on what is my true origin.

Well I am certainly not crystalline then because although I have always felt that I have an important purpose or mission to fulfill in my life, I haven't the foggiest idea what it is. I get the feeling that it is to help others and to share our wisdom and grow collectively. Like you I am happy to share what i know, especially if it going to be of help to anyone. I also enjoy listening to what others know, regardless of what it is or how bizarre it may sound. If it is spiritual in nature, I can listen all day long. I also think that I am to rid the earth of negativity like you. I am generally always positive and upbeat however much life tries to get you down. I am always trying to cheer up my husband and my family and I am the one who talks about light at the end of the tunnel and our fantastic future, when everyone feels full of despair. I always try to uplift people and cheer them up if I can.

How do you know that your life mission will not be nice? What did you see? If you believe this, can this not be turned around, so that you can still carry out your life contract, but better stand you in good stead in order to have a happy and fulfilled life. You know some of the things I have read point to the fact that sometimes, we may have been tricked into agreeing to a horrible life and that it matters not, we will all be given the opportunity to ascend and that your life does not have to be horrible. In fact I cannot see any valid purpose for you or anyone around you to have to suffer in this way. Take control of your own destiny, do not accept that you are destined to a life of emptiness and disappointment. Turn it around, you can do this yourself. If you don't want to be alone, get out there, if you want to find love, then look, if you want to have children, believe that there is someone out there just for you and that your life will be fulfilled in every possible way. Remember you are what you think you are. I believe you are a fantastic loving person with so much to give. Do not accept what you feel your fate is, share your love and wisdom and knowledge and enrich your life. Believe that love will fill your life and that you will be happy - you can still fulfill your life contract. That is what i intend to do.:D

Sorry about what i have just said, you sound so lovely, i just cannot see you accept your destiny of loneliness. It is difficult sometimes when we grow up to mix with people. I used to be painfully shy but now i just can't shut up!:D

How i feel sometimes is a sense of urgency about me, my life, it is difficult to expand on other than, quite often i think, how much more can I take or something is going to have to give. I do feel as though i am outgrowing my body, which is a strange thing to say as i do not intend on going anywhere but I do feel the pressure around me. I feel as though I am a bottle of fizzy pop and someone has shook the bottle and started to unscrew the lid. I feel it is getting close, very close, it just can't come quite enough for me and the more all this is happening, I can feel the negativity panicking and throwing everything at us in one last ditch attempt - poor things!:D

I recalled a meditation I had a while back and wondered whether anyone else would interpret it as I have.

I was shown a view which was 3 dimensional and full of depth and height. It didn't look like anything as such just a design which was large with angles and depths. This design then moved away from me so that I could see that it was a picture and it was turned on it's side which showed that it was completely flat, like a page in a book and then tipped over flap on the ground.

I was then shown another design with swirls and angles and it was big I could travel along it turn to go up into it, move all around this huge design. It then did exactly the same thing, moved away from me so that i could see it was only a picture, turned sideways so that I could see it was completely flat and then tipped over.

I then saw another similar design, which I jumped straight into. The design of swirls were all around me, above and below and each side of me and it spread out infront and behind. But again as it was moved away from me I saw that it was only a picture, flat as it turned on it's side and then tipped over showing that it was completely flat like a page in a book.

My interpretation of this was that perhaps everything, our world, our galaxy, our universe, perhaps it is all just a flat page in someone's book. It made me feel very small, and that we could all just be a picture in a book. It was very strange but the fact I was shown this three times, I just felt that I was being shown something important, but I cannot for the life of me understand what this could be. Can anyone shed any light on this at all, I would welcome any views as to what this could mean?

I think that what is to further develop will surprise us no end. I'm looking forward to the future.
Our DNA is changing with information being downloaded into us at various points. If you often hear a high pitched tone around your ears (this happens to me a few times a week usually) then this is those on a higher vibration tuning into you and downloading/encoding your DNA for further changes. Because of the transition from the physical realm to a higher vibration, the molecules in our bodies will speed up transforming us into what is known as 'etherians.' Etherians are those evolved beings who can materialise and de-materialise at will. This is what is happening to the human race. I am finding that the speed of my thoughts (very fast) is at odds with the physical matter that conducts these thoughts. Because of this I find it hard to concentrate and I just cannot relay what I want to relay fast enough. This and feeling like you are 'outgrowing' your body are merely symptoms of the impending ascension. More and more light from the Source is penetrating our bodies and the whole planet. A human body can only take in so much light or it 'short circuits' our neural systems, particularly the cerebral cortex. This is one of the reasons why it is important not to push for too much at any one time.

I recalled a meditation I had a while back and wondered whether anyone else would interpret it as I have.

I was shown a view which was 3 dimensional and full of depth and height. It didn't look like anything as such just a design which was large with angles and depths. This design then moved away from me so that I could see that it was a picture and it was turned on it's side which showed that it was completely flat, like a page in a book and then tipped over flap on the ground.

I was then shown another design with swirls and angles and it was big I could travel along it turn to go up into it, move all around this huge design. It then did exactly the same thing, moved away from me so that i could see it was only a picture, turned sideways so that I could see it was completely flat and then tipped over.

I then saw another similar design, which I jumped straight into. The design of swirls were all around me, above and below and each side of me and it spread out infront and behind. But again as it was moved away from me I saw that it was only a picture, flat as it turned on it's side and then tipped over showing that it was completely flat like a page in a book.

My interpretation of this was that perhaps everything, our world, our galaxy, our universe, perhaps it is all just a flat page in someone's book. It made me feel very small, and that we could all just be a picture in a book. It was very strange but the fact I was shown this three times, I just felt that I was being shown something important, but I cannot for the life of me understand what this could be. Can anyone shed any light on this at all, I would welcome any views as to what this could mean?

This could be something to do with our 3D plane or it could well be your DNA being activated in you. Look it up as I've been seeing a lot of shapes in my waking life and dreamstate that have no physical substance. It's a part of the awakening process.

I think that what is to further develop will surprise us no end. I'm looking forward to the future.
Our DNA is changing with information being downloaded into us at various points. If you often hear a high pitched tone around your ears (this happens to me a few times a week usually) then this is those on a higher vibration tuning into you and downloading/encoding your DNA for further changes. Because of the transition from the physical realm to a higher vibration, the molecules in our bodies will speed up transforming us into what is known as 'etherians.' Etherians are those evolved beings who can materialise and de-materialise at will. This is what is happening to the human race. I am finding that the speed of my thoughts (very fast) is at odds with the physical matter that conducts these thoughts. Because of this I find it hard to concentrate and I just cannot relay what I want to relay fast enough. This and feeling like you are 'outgrowing' your body are merely symptoms of the impending ascension. More and more light from the Source is penetrating our bodies and the whole planet. A human body can only take in so much light or it 'short circuits' our neural systems, particularly the cerebral cortex. This is one of the reasons why it is important not to push for too much at any one time.

Your experience of the high pitched tone reprogramming our dna is interesting. In fact, about 2-3 years ago, I would regularly experience a vibration entering into my right ear, going straight through my head and vibrating into my left ear, but I knew that it never came out of my left ear. To me it felt like an invisible vibrating rod being pushed into my right ear straight through my head until it reached my left ear. It wasn't painful at all, and I almost felt comforted by it, as I knew I was being upgraded if you like. This has since stopped now, so I think that I have been prepared I am just waiting to be switched on. There was a thread on here a year or so ago and alot of people were experiencing similar things. It is comforting to know that there are lots of us that are going to be raging like warriors when the time comes. I just hope I know what to do!!:)

Let me explain: A Pole (shaft) Centers through your Vehicle (Central Light Core Shaft), and, Reflected, you Find The WORD Dips Into Matter/Bio-Ether [on this pole-shaft] in a Dualized Dropping-Down, just before it Triples-Down (Reflects again, unfolding the Body aspect): This is the Disc, which is an Excretion-Accumulation Disc, or The Soul, also called the Soul Barrier (Secondary, not the Prime Barrier), and it is 'seemingly' Flat, like a Screen. This is called the Silver Seperator Membrane [SSM], or the Soul Screen, or the Screen of Life, or the Mirror of Life, the Silver Screen, The Great Serpent. You are in a World of Mirrored Illusions, which is/are the Containers of Life.

These may be passed between, or through, via what I may best call, 'achieving the lessons' of the Container Fields, but is more aptly described as Achieving Equi-Valency of the Mirror Borders (Right Angles). It is very interesting, indeed! :) I started experiencing this a decade or so ago and found no logical, physical reason for it. I read up on this phenomenon and found that not only is it DNA being encoded/activated in us, but that this signal is transferred to us via an etheric cord attached at one end to our crown chakra and etheric beings on the other end (a ship). This was shown to me in my dreamstate. The cord that was attached to me was bright blue in colour and I was taken to the surface of the moon and shown all the other beings on earth who are also attached to these beings, in different countries.
Those etheric beings who connect into our DNA can only see our souls if the spiritual light is strong enough and the only way to brighten this light of ours is to develop our spiritual side. They don't see us in terms of what our physical bodies look like, only by the light that we emit.
This encoding/switching on of our DNA is what is progressing our spiritual abilities and awareness by various leaps and bounds.

Thank you Melinda I have had a quick look at that site and I have put it into my favourites. Thank you for bringing that to my attention.:)

Have you ever read any of the Wingmakers' philosophy. I used to go on to that site as often as I used to come on here but I have been studying so did not have the time in the end. It is very scientific but I feel extremely comfortable with it. The people on their forum are lovely too - if you haven't already, please take a look. I am going to be posting my meditations on there too. There is a couple who live near me who run groups every fortnight regarding the Wingmakers Materials, they are healers and have empowered themselves with its teachings. I have not had the time to do this but the music is amazing and I feel different after listening to it, in a good way. Also the paintings are amazing to meditate to. I did this once and I jumped into the painting. Please let me know what you think.

I have been away camping all weekend, so sorry for being absent. I have had withdrawal symptoms.!:)
