I consider myself a healthy person, but for five or six years I'm losing hair on the top and front of my head, and it's got worse since the last year. I cannot accept that age or genetics has anything to do with it. Besides that what are the most common contributing factors, and how can it be stopped?
Can it be caused by malnutrition, vitamin deficiency, stress, or not enough sleep?

Today, just two days after posting this topic I've found a nice article which answered all my questions, and offered even remedies to my problem :)
If anybody is interested in it, just post a message here, and I will find time to translate the material.

These are the best and most comprehensive articles I found and containing all the info which was in the original one:
Management of baldness - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
http://www.myhairlossadvisor.com/hair-loss-treatments.html
I am not trying to promote any medicine, in my case I think the lack of physical activity causes this, because of the elevated level of free dihydrotestosterone. I hope that I can prevent further hair loss by more activities and paying attention to nutrients.
