You must be Norwegian. No one gives a fuck about Grieg outside of Norway. He's a very minor composer. A couple good pieces. That's it.

*SEETHES* no I'm Scottish

and "A Couple good pieces. Thats it." = Bullshit

Franz Liszt gave his personal thumbs up to the Piano Concerto
Debussy claimed him as "Bonbons wrapped in the snow";
Tchaikovsky personally complimented him on his originality, and also said of him, "What warmth and passion in his melodic phrases, what teeming vitality in his harmony, what originality and beauty in the turn of his piquant and ingenious modulations and rhythms...add to all this that rarest of qualities, a perfect simplicity."

if he's good enough for them, he's good enough for the likes of yo0o0o0ou

pshah!!

Liszt is pretty low on my list too. A god of the piano, sight-reading, transcriptions, and conducting; diligent pot smoker. Impressive composer, but certianly not on the level of Chopin, Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, etc.

Debussy: one of my absolute favorite composers. "Bonbons wrapped in the snow": not a very high compliment IMO.

Tchaikovsky is a massive dick-smoking cheeseball.
