With regards to natural health, do you know of good natural proteins. i am about to start a serious effort to get fit, and have ordered protein shakes they are called maximuscle cyclone. they use whey protein and creatine. they will be used to build lean muscle fast.

These protein shakes are of no use and these myths about 1-2g protein per 1lb of body weight per day are unfounded.
I do well drinking fruit/oat smoothies during workouts and just a little quality meet every couple of days.

Liquid protiens are the best for your endeavor.

Whole milk and quality whey protein can't be beat.

Also look into dessicated liver tablets. I use Uniliver from Universal.

I am biased because I am well aware of the high quality of this company's products, and I am a customer of their Super Berry and Living Protein products.

There are a lot of pros and cons associated with whey protein, especially if you don't know where its upstream sources is. Cheese is a very concentrated form of milk, and therefore when you eat cheese you get a concentrated dose of whatever harmful chemicals were in the milk it was made from. Whey protein can be like this also. For that reason, I stick to organic, vegetarian forms of protein.

And according to Macrobiotic Michio Kushi, short brown rice and adzuki beans make a complete protein.

:)

Not to mention that they are all very overpriced as the markup on these products is rediculous.

Thought id found a good protein source here, after mistakingly buying a shitload of whey but then seen '# Non-GMO rice and non-GMO pea proteins;
# Non-GMO and pesticide-free stabilized brown rice bran; '

Rice / bran are acid forming in the body, if only they replaced these two with something green that similiarly had protein.

Grass-fed animals or wild game including fish. Everything else is inferior. We are carnivores. Paleolithic human skeletons have the same carbon isotope make-up as African lion bones. We ate the same diet, which was grass-feeding animals. We followed the great herds of grass-feeding animals just as they did and still do today. (along with many other predators.) It's the natural order of things.

We've only been eating plants for about 10,000 years and our digestive systems have not had time to evolve.

These supplement companies just want your money. Don't give it to them.

Same thing with pet food companies. Would you feed a wolf or a tiger grains and vegetables? Then don't feed your dog or cat that stuff. Feed them meat.

Support self-sustainable farms, and don't eat grain-fed animals.

You don't need carbohydrates. I don't eat them. Look at the Eskimos. They were always healthy until some of them started eating our Western diet.

Hemp protein powder would be alot more natural way to go, taste a bit cack tho! But is excellent for you, just a complete superfood with alot more nutrition than any manufactured powder. I have used the maximuscle products, and had some decent results. Join online and you will have alot better offers emailed to you!I do think it is overpriced tho! hope this helps!

unfounded are fake diplomas given to socalled nutrition experts.

the 1gramm per lb rule apllies to bodybuilders only, normal ppl will get kidney problems,if anything .
2g per lb is waaay too much, lol.

forget creatin.
whey protein is best.
natural protein source of choice is red meat, but whey protein is king of the road.

youve said lean muscle, yes muscle are always lean.lol.

tuna is good too.
the yellow part of eggs has good protein too,but plenty of fat too.
