New song by me

I've gotten this new song finished now which I wrote and recorded in a few days. I am not much for spending a lot of time on the production and recording process so this is a demo, much like my other tunes (which you've already heard one on Limelady's video).

The start sounds a bit out of sync to me and the EQ is a little off, but that's it!

Maybe the delay on the melody throws you off in the beginning because it doesn't sound out of sync to me.

What do you recommend with the EQ? I literally spent zero time on the eq as I use this recording template from my other songs.

Well, the only thing I'd say to do is higher up the rhythm, and lower down the lead, try and level it, sounds a bit of kilter if you know what I mean.

nope, no idea what you mean by "kilter" :D

Funnily enough, i turned down the rhythm in an attempt not to make it over bearing.

If i get some time and the notion i might get back to it but the only developement that might make me get back on it is that my friend wants to lay down the drum tracks with his kit.

Synthesizers lol. It's 100% guitar and drums.

The only thing I didn't play was the drums, they are programmed with samples (very simple this time, usually i try to do a lot on the drums for my other musical projects). The rest is my acoustic guitar, a microphone, my sonic production skills :D and my trusty four string bass, which I had to use with only 3 strings because the tuning on it is B E A D since it's used in my death metal projects :D

I have actually remixed it and balanced the instruments more. I will upload it later.
