2012 -Is it really going to happen?

As awareness of the possible scenarios of 2012 and beyond permeate through the consciousness of those around me, I am sometimes asked –

“How do you know such things will happen, there have been so many prophecies and predictions that have not come true?”

To them I answer,

This may be so- but does it matter?

What such prophecies are forewarning are not just predictions of physical events, they are also reflecting the collectives inner need for a new approach to life. Does not your own growing interest in such things acknowledge from somewhere deep within that there is a need for such change?

The pulse of life is speeding up and many of us are seeing and experiencing the metaphysical and energetic effects of the quickening that is taking place within the world today. We all know within our hearts that the world cannot continue as it has been and that the red warning flags went up long ago over our civilisation. Yet it seems that many have decided to put off to the very end that which they inherently know in their hearts to be the true course of action to take.

The whole point is, do we need such dramatic or destructive planetary events to pass before we wake up and change our lives accordingly!

As one looks into the often downcast eyes of many of the said people, one can see that they are usually sitting upon some inner fence, living their lives in accordance to the same self orientated means and ways of the old world consciousness.

Many are thinking, that perhaps, as some great warning sign is given and the final hour approaches, that if they may make light amendments in their lives and perhaps store a bit of food they will be able to withstand the coming tribulations.

It is to these people I would offer the following.

That hour is already here and those who are amongst you are already walking to the new life even if with a stumbling gate. This emergent new life is today progressively coming to its own even while you are still debating over your possible scenarios or what course of action or direction to take.

Such inquiry also shows a misguided and mental approach to what is truly transpiring upon the planet.

As cosmic energies are now hastening and intensifying, many such people are coming to great distress and difficulty as they are finding it increasingly impossible to reconcile the truth of what is happening with their own limited perceptions!

In misunderstanding to the true nature of the inner planetary event, many in their collective misguidance have been fighting the incoming light and revelation. Resisting the necessary changes and adaptations to accommodate the new planetary energies, in their collective fear, they have been clinging to the familiar, misaligned and outdated. The result of which has seen the world ego almost totally involute as it polarised against the incoming light. This has greatly confused and further complicated a world ego in distress and has been reflecting collectively in the rising governing shadow and occult hierarchical structure that is known as the “new world order.” An involutionary order which is now rapidly rising and imposing its will and dominance over the world. Let us see today we are collectively facing the turbulences and changes of a new emergent reality that is rapidly awakening offset a greatly confused and tumultuous collective human drama.

For those who can see and understand, our true crisis is a birth!

If we truly wish to serve in this present period we must understand that this event we are experiencing is one of multidimensional proportions. Those who are here today for true world service should realise that many of those teachings that have previously given them guidance and have served in the past, are now failing. As in line with our earths own divinely guided plan and cosmic cyclic course, everything is being renewed and those methods and ways not in alignment with this emergent new reality are fast becoming discarded and energetically redundant.

The ways of self are now coming to their lawful end….and one does not select themselves for new life through mere acknowledgement of forthcoming events nor qualify by learned and mentalized techniques of occult methodology or instruction. It is the human ego that seeks such mentally tangible examples of a way that cannot be controlled or defined by one’s own intellect or mind.

For those who are trapped in such methods, what is needed is a new approach!

Life itself is doing the choosing and it is up to those who can hear, to still and live deeply and empathically with the new call of the hour. Those who are coming to new life are those who are sincerely attempting or intuitionally living the way and their approach has been as children.

The way to the new world is by exampling its demonstration.

It is over time to rise from the bedrock of great mainstream denial that holds the collective in deep fear and understand the true event that is taking place.

Today, there are many projections of coming planetary events with design to create greater fear and confusion. This is only serving to agitate and excite the collective, when what we are truly being called to do is simplify and still.

Today we are called to empty ourselves and accommodate these new energies and revelations to assist in the great internal shift that is presently transpiring and of which the outer is reflecting.

Let such prophecies serve as the guides that they are and may we live a life that is responsible and in alignment with the changes that are happening within and without us all today!

my thoughts are in 2012 a lot of light/energy will be poured into the earth and most ppl (not all ofc!) will feel a raise in vibration....

I'm a 2012 skeptic - with regards to some change in conciousness and spirituality. Then again I am a humanist and I reject such concepts - so maybe I am spiritually barren and some how not be affected as when it hits 2011, New Years Eve and the clock strikes 12.00.

Besides time progressing as it does, beyond that - how you know all these other things like some kind of awakening of collective conciousness will actually happen?

Do you have physical evidence or is it just wishful thinking? Or is it something that can't be shown to actually happen ahead of time?

If the latter is the case, then it's a case of hoping it will happen then, yes?

Why is it so important that it does? Why do you believers think it's important we change? Is there some yearning inside to escape what's around you in physical reality - are you in fact merely disappointed in your life as it stands?

As for people reporting changes in their mood and perception, could it be the very nature of a proposed 2012 cosmic shift etc, serves as the catalyst and placebo for change. Just like people talk about the law of attraction or a god as their source of gained fortune, strength, insight etc, when in fact you could (I certainly think this, but I may be wrong) be just making yourself do it, putting in extra effort to see these changes happening and attributing such things to a magical effect.

I read the whole Mayan date for 2012 has already happened. So shouldn't something have happened already?

Call me cynical but 2012 seems to represent some sort of solution to the physically experienced, perceivable and some times overblown situations on this Earth. Globalisation, Flu pandemics, emergent police state etc - and it seems to me that 2012 believers seem to think (correct me if you think I am wrong) that as soon as 2012 comes around, it will be like some giant cosmic reset button being pressed, lasers will shoot forth from our eyes, we'll be bathed in Dragon Ball Z auras of mystical light and we'll be frolicking and embracing one another with no inhibitions.

I personally believe that nothing will happen to us on a collective scale, beyond self instigated change imposed upon the self on a subjective level. In simple English - if you want a change to happen, you will find some means of obtaining it if you hope hard enough.

I would advise you OP to look into the late Terrence Mckenna's take on 2012. According to Time Wave Zero, a theory of his that has never been successfully undermined, 2012 represents a peak in novelty. For this to happen, an event surely must occur. However, there is no way of telling what this event may be. Its nature is a mystery. Mckenna suggested the invention and announcement of time travel through some sort of device may be a possible scenario as it would break down all human cognitive barriers.

Some people, including David Icke, say it will enable most of humanity to see higher dimensions and therefore end the power of TPTB. Others basically give "end of the world" scenarios. The Mayan calendar had to end at some point.... Nowhere did the Mayans say catastrophe would occur in 2012. Nowhere do credible scientists say Planet X is coming. In my quest on this path I have allways kept an open mind, never believed anything as set in stone. It is easy to read something that is obviously well researched and presented proffesionally and to be drawn into it, this is what I try to avoid at all costs myself.

Some peoples views are that "god" is real, that there are many ancient artifacts that point to "gods" existence and how we are to live our lifes. These people also believe that the real translation of these artifacts has been hidden from us by TPTB, that they know the real meaning of life and that they are suppresing us spiritualy.

The mayans are an ancient civilization, there are many different artifacts and ruins that point to there existence. Who is to say that TPTB are just holding the truth from us just like the "God" thing.

There has been so many people who have said that events will occur. Just look at the millenium/turn off the century, apparently the end of the world was meant to occur then, but it didnt and afterwards a lot of people who said it would were ridiculed.

What makes this slightly different is that the mayans could plot the stars ACCURATLEY hundreds of years before anybody else came close. They may have treated the sky as there "God" or they may be some other reason why they devoted and incorparated the stars so deeply into there culture.

There will be a polar shift on 2012, im not exactly sure when in the year it will occur but it is defintily gonna happen. This is what the mayans may have been indicating to???????

I watched a programme where a man had studied the calendar and he believed he could make a graph that showed the worlds population. In huge scenarios (Plagues, WW1, WW2 etc) the graph dipped. When it gets to 2012 the graph goes to ZERO.

I too am totally confused with the whole 2012 thing, whenever I hear anything about the year 2012 i panic. There is so many theories going around about whats going to happen, so its hard to know what to think...

I personally believe that...at some point in December 2012 (cant remember the exact date), TPTB are going to bring in Project Bluebeam, where apparently they will light up the sky's with UFO/Alien hollograms, I think they will fake a UFO landing or something, in order to sham Christianity and all religion, and bring in their own NWO religion.

Or another possibility is that we are all enlightened and go on to save the planet, in another post someone mentioned that we will be enlightened to prepare us for the end of the world, but what if we're enlightened to save the world? Just a thought!

Project looking glass (the us government's time viewing experiment) went pear shaped as they looked at that date. The banks of supercomputers were overloaded with information to such an extent that they could not de-code it. This to me suggests that the date contains the sum of all possibilities. One aspect of the montauk project (the montauk chair) found that when an operator was sent forward in time, as they passed through the 2012 date, they hit what they called "the speed bump" where the operator went through a moment of zero time. This experiance was described as the sudden expansion of consciousness, the operator became the consciousness of the universe and an atom and everything else in between. This experiance lasted for about 7 minutes, apparently some of the operators had difficulty integrating the experiance into their everyday life. (wonder why:-)
Based on this (and many other investigations) my favorite scenario is one in which, on the date 21-12-2012 as the earth comes into alignment with the sun and galactic central point on its path through the ecliptic plane (no airy fairy beliefs necessary, this is commonly known cosmology) that a plasma wave emits from galactic central point giving every being on the planet the experiance of zero time. I am convinced that this event could be the catalyst for the sudden expansion of consciousness, given that the main obstacle to consciousness is our identification with the form we currently occupy. The experiance of zero time would give us a new frame of reference.
I do not believe that this means that suddenly everyone would become super spiritual, the vast majority of the population is likely to have difficulty coming to terms with this experiance but, it is unlikely that people would just slip back into their everyday life. I can see that there would be a great need for people who are capable of integrating this experiance to assist the others who cannot.
Of course there are other possible scenarios that may occur at the same time. The gnostic harvest and the ascension to the next dimension are distinct possibilities. It is possible that a proportion of the population will become light beings,capable of bio-translocation, unassisted flight, exibiting the power to heal at will, fully psychic and capable of communication with other beings and civilisations which currently exist outside of our "reality".
I think that given the sum of all possibilities any thing can happen, but , i think that the most unlikely scenario is that it is another wet fart like 2000 and absolutely nothing happens.
But if the worst comes to the worst, look on the bright side. We are already as dead as we can get, so that's one thing that we don't have to worry about.

Why don't you listen the the actual Maya, and what they say?? Their culture may have died out, but they didn't become extinct. There are 440 tribes still around in Guatemala, Honduras, Belize and Mexico.

The time window began October 2007.

Don Alejandro says there WILL be a pole shift (a physical one) which is always preceded by a magnetic one. 30 hours of darkness (very specific) where you are warned not to panic - that's why millions die, because they react with fear. Chill out and it'll be cool. Well except for the fact that you'll be in a different geographic location and need to react quickly lest you die of extreme cold or heat depending how near/far from the equator you are.

They say they have been through it before, and they were the priest cast in what we call Atlantis. They hit the boats and headed for the Yucatan. Some got sent North and later became the Hopi. Another tribe ended up in Columbia. All these indigenous people are connected and carry the memories from the last pole flip.

Okaaaay...... I'll accept that. However, presumably they believed there was a spiritual transition occurring the last time the poles flipped? Obviously it wasn't because if this world was a "new world" their last one must have been pretty crappy. So why is this shift different, where we are like "a butterfly the moment before it exits it's cocoon" and not just a plain ole catastrophe??

Most ancient cultures saw the end of a cycle as the time of some great period of doom. There are examples of this in Aztec times at the end of the 52 year cycle but after all the hype nothing happened. The bigger the cycle the bigger the expected doom

Why don't you listen the the actual Maya, and what they say?? Their culture may have died out, but they didn't become extinct. There are 440 tribes still around in Guatemala, Honduras, Belize and Mexico.

Don Alejandro says there WILL be a pole shift (a physical one) which is always preceded by a magnetic one. 30 hours of darkness (very specific) where you are warned not to panic - that's why millions die, because they react with fear. Chill out and it'll be cool. Well except for the fact that you'll be in a different geographic location and need to react quickly lest you die of extreme cold or heat depending how near/far from the equator you are.

They say they have been through it before, and they were the priest cast in what we call Atlantis. They hit the boats and headed for the Yucatan. Some got sent North and later became the Hopi. Another tribe ended up in Columbia. All these indigenous people are connected and carry the memories from the last pole flip.

Okaaaay...... I'll accept that. However, presumably they believed there was a spiritual transition occurring the last time the poles flipped? This is the future that i have seen too. The only difference being that i have seen the creation of a new universe from the remnants of this 3rd dimensional universe.

The future described here is for the fifth dimensional world that will ascend from the 3rd. The 3rd will then go to the new universe. Within this universe the 3d earth will have a much improved lot but nothing like that which awaits in 5d.

At the end of an age/cycle that which collective humanity creates and or projects tends to mirror back upon themselves as they face not just the individual karma of a lifetime but the collective karma of the age.
Today, for those with ears to hear and eyes to see...there is a great and collective shift and inner awakening happening. What 2012 ultimately represents is a personal singularity. All the hype about it that does not touch on the spiritual aspect is noise and contamination. It is not healthy to pay a lot of attention to it.

However, your consciousness has the potential to deny everything. Thus, it is very possible that nothing will happen ... as perceived to you. Once we reach a singularity (disclosure of ET life or any other massive event that can trigger a shift of awareness in a lot of people), different timelines will come out of this singularity according to each person's choice. Depending on the scenario you choose, you will fall in that timeline to continue to see 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014.. etc

IMO, we are heading towards an evolution in the human psyche. I'm not sure what will bring it about, but in my opinion we have devolved in the past centuries and we are going to be emerging from our semi-stupor.
