Cousin pleads not guilty in death of girl, 6

The bruised body of the young girl snatched from a bed at her grandmother's house in Weymouth on Sunday was naked and had injuries consistent with rape when she was found in the back of her cousin's car after a high-speed chase with police, according to a prosecutor and a police report filed today in court.

Six-year-old Joanna Mullin's body had been wrapped in a comforter and the girl had blood in her mouth and had suffered trauma to her head and neck, according to the report, which was filed in Quincy District Court. Mullin had been sleeping at her grandmother's house early Sunday when, according to police and prosecutors, her cousin climbed on top of a sport utility vehicle, cut through a screen, and snatched her from a bedroom. Investigators found bloodstains and what appeared to semen on sheets in the house.

Her cousin, Ryan Bois, 20, wore what looked like a hospital gown and had his hands cuffed behind his back as police and court officers led him into court today for his arraignment. He spit at reporters outside as he shuffled past in leg irons and bare feet.

Bois pleaded not guilty to murder and a host of other charges and was sent to Bridgewater State Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation. Bois has not been charged with sexual assault although an autopsy is pending. He is scheduled to return to court Aug. 24 and could face additional charges.

Outside court his attorney, Beverly J. Cannone, said, "I can't imagine there being anything more tragic than the death of a beautiful little girl." She declined to discuss the case further.

According to police, at 1:20 a.m. Sunday an officer spotted Bois speeding in a white Ford Explorer that Bois had stolen from Mullin’s grandmother’s house. The officer followed Bois in a chase that reached speeds of up to 100 miles per hour, police said.

Near the intersection of Quincy Avenue and East Howard Street, the Ford Explorer hit a taxi that was stopped at a red light. Bois got out of the car, tried to run, and threatened police with an 8-inch knife, according to the report filed in court.

After he disobeyed orders to stop, police released a dog, which bit Bois. According to the report, Bois began to scream, "Just shoot me. I’m a loser. ... kill me." Police said they found a bag of heroin that Bois tried to throw away during his failed escape.

Police looked in the back seat of the car and saw two small legs and realized that a body of a young girl was there, according to the report. The officers attempted CPR but were unable to revive her.

In court today, Bois's competency to stand trial was discussed. Robert Nelson, an assistant Norfolk district attorney, said it was clear. "He knew everything he was doing," Nelson said.

what is all of this about? what causes this? how can i spot the signs of troubled individuals?

You know, this is one of the things I CANNOT get my mind wrapped around. I do not understand murder. I do not understand cruelty and sadism. I just don't get it. I have watched many documentaries on this subject, just waiting for the light to go on, "Ah! Ok, I get it now".

Hard to say but different people experiencing the same event are affected in different ways. The complexities involved mean there is no definitive answer at this time. But I'd say you don't behave in such a manner unless damaged somewhere, somehow.

this is one of those things that i too cannot fathom, and it's something, tragically, that happens all too often in south africa, how one can hurt, yet alone rape and kill a young, defencless child, or any person for that matter is totally beyond me.
i think it goes without saying that these people are damaged, or in colloquial language, fucked up, but why, how?
another thing that has always intrigued me (morbid i know, but this is very common in south africa amongst policemen and army personel, which should ring some bells) is when the dad comes home one day and kills the whole family, and then himself, even though in some sick way i suppose i can see it as a father, or mother, releasing their kids from suffering, but still, it's a sign of a pretty ill person.
if ever i do believe in demons and demonic possession, it's when i hear about things like this, it's not normal. something is at work here.

recently in america there were a few cases of the father coming home and killing the family. one of these cases involved that pro wrestler guy. well in his case i understand that steroids were involved. in the other case i remember there was marital strife and the dad just cracked. but what does it really mean to just crack? honestly i understand this scenario better than the kidnapper/rapist/killer scenario. i wonder if it is some mind control thing, something caused by our sick society or just the darkness that can be found in mankind.

in great britain it happens a lot that a pearant , mother or farther lattly have killed thier whole family and then themselves but sometimes fail and are then arrested . first i thought is it the pressure of life being too much for them and them being able to see its going to get woirse and the world is getting sicker and thier be more up hill struggle or is it this with the fact that a farther or mother is aware of what the nwo are upto if they have internet and decide to esape or are they a christian familly who one pearant thinks the end is comming so they end it all to escape .

from a problem reaction solution standpont well we have the problem but what is the solution and is it all planned . if they tell us they have a solution to this thing then we might be able to see that it wasndeed orcastrated all along . who stands to gain is a question we could ask or is this just nothing to do with the elite , i dont know .

Like many of you, I too have had a hard time trying to even think or perceive reality like these sorts of people who do such monsterous things to other people. This sort of thing has always been alien to me. Here's some insights about certain aspects of this. I'm going off into Lapis Land here so you've been forwarned! ;) Some of you here will relate however.

Another aspect of my personal "ascension" process as an Elder Lightworker was, I horrifically discovered :eek: , to directly observe (while asleep thank god) some of these horrific rapes, tortures and murders from different countries (so far for me the USA, UK, Mexico, Middle East) of children and adult females and males. By being etherically present when some of them happened in physical reality, I perceived and felt both sides of the situation; the victims and the perpetrators. It was for me, a intimate and very very Dark direct experience of what/why/how etc. When it was over and I'd wake up I then had the responsibility of transmuting all of what I'd witnessed and felt through myself, my higher Heart. For some of us 'Lightworkers', this is a necessary part of our own learning about polarity and the 'Dark' because it is alien to us! Then of course the job of transmuting all the horrible fear, hate, anger, bloodlust, and lower consciousness etc. Just as there are physical humans who's work/job is to physically clean up after horrible murders, there are some 'Lightworkers' who's work/job is to clean up - transmute - the etheric, emotional, and energetic mess that's been left by these monsterous physical acts.

In many of these cases there is also negative lower nonphysical entities pushing the human perpetrators to do more and more of this type of thing. In other cases the human perpetrators themselves are the 'monsters'.

I feel that as the higher evolutionary energies continue to speed up and move us towards 2011 and 2012, those humans who vibrate much lower than most of us (see how polite I can be with some effort) are going to increasingly freak out under the sheer force and pressure of these much higher energies. It's so f-ing great to finally have the energetic shoe on the other foot if you get my drift! :p

We're also going to see this higher energy affecting the (non murdering) but lower vibrating multitides in different unpleasant ways too. This is really obvious already if you know what to look for. Watch how some people forget where they are or that there's other people around them. The ego's are huge and very unaware that other people exist! Watch how some people simply don't care anymore. Watch the increased rudeness and greed because many people can't handle the constant increasing energies pushing each week, each month. Stay grounded and yet very intuitve and discerning folks because it's going to get worse while it gets better!

i think thier is one and try to incorporate that belief with david ickes belief but he doesnt believe in a god . im maybe wrong and thier might not be one but i have had several things happen like seing sacred geometry and being connected to the genious frequency and while doing breathing exsersizes once by a river all of a sudden i became aware of many many invisible beings around me who were imensly happy and sending me love and they seemed to be rejoysing and celebrating something , i would give my left nutt to know what they were and what was realy happening but they left me that day thinking thier must be a divince creator .

Personally I've never liked the term "god"; it's so patriarchal, so male and small. I remember reading the Jane Roberts "Seth" books years ago and Seth used a term that felt much better to me. It was "The All That Is".

So yes, I believe that there is an "All That Is" and I also know were not capable of perceiving "It" well at all! ;) I do believe from things I've experienced and learned, that each of us are aspects of this All That Is and "It" is on a journey too.

I think that the nonphysical beings you saw and felt around you by the river were so very happy and excited because you were doing what you were doing! You were grounding out in Nature and that opened you psychically to be able to perceive other nonphysical beings. They get so profoundly happy when we quiet ourselves enough to perceive other dimensions besides just this one. Very good job you! They were celebrating you perceiving them while being instead of doing. :)

i think of god as the "ONE" , a being that we are all apart of and it is everything and everywere . ive never thought of it being on a jurny before though like us but ive read people say it before , i wonder what that is like . yeah i dont like the god term iether , it makes me think of the god of the bible and that it is male and is not all good and careing .

That is not quite right. Why would he have said that he is the son of God, as are we all. David does not believe in the bible as being a factual account, nor does he believe the biblical story of Jesus which is the same as the many other stories throughout the ages. Have you watched zeitgeist the movie?

He does not believe, and neither do I, in a judgemental old man who sits in the clouds writing down all of our sins in a book.

He does however believe in a superconsciousness, a higher power, and infinite love as the 'all that is', as do I :)

this is what i believe too but i have to be honist though because god or the one is unknowable , im open to the idea god is like concious energy that we all come from but thiers like a main mass concious energy being who can morph and apear to people as whatever it whants to .
