What´s in Abilify really? Turning fat and lazy by using it!!! A bit scared of quitting to since I´ve had panic attacks etc... anyone got a clue how to get out of the pharmaceutical web?
I'd ask my doctor if it was possible to slowly start using it less and less. If your lucky you wont need it after a while.
Have you ever considered looking for a different medicine? A lot of pharmaceuticals have a lot of nasty disadvantages(?).

yes I´ve tried homeopathy, healing, acupressure, acupuncture and other medicines. Trancendental meditation used to work for me but I´m nowadays to lazy to focus on it.
