whats the meaning of three rings on a pole or a spike? does it even have a meaning? i'd take photos but i havn't a camera. i've seen them on signs at shopping centres. a big pole with the name of the shopping centre on a three sided sign going all the way round, then above that theres three rings close together. any ideas? or just three rings on their own?
