DPA Letter

I have today received spam post from a small digital tv provider, one Sky TV.

They do not have my permission to post me this spam.

Does anyone have any guidance for a notice breaking DPA and making a claim against them for my time and offence for thinking I would want a service for a TV that I do not own?
