I don’t know were to go with this info but here it goes

My partner loves Original lucozade.
Its had me worried because I found about 20 empty bottles of it in our car, after some reading on the internet I found that it had a coulouring init called “Sun Shine yellow” (Yes I know!!)
So my partner must be addicted to this chemical.

I decided to look in to Lucozade and who owns them, I found that “Loucozade” is owned by “GlaxoSmithKline”, a British pharmaceutical company.

The chairman of this company is

Sir Christopher Gent (Beckenham, Kent, May 10, 1948)
Whis also linked to this lot:

Before this company he was in: Vodafone, Network Services at ICL, a computer services company owned jointly by Barclays and ICL,
He is now part of:
He is a Non-Executive Director of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc; a Non-Executive Director of Ferrari spa, a member of The Financial Reporting Council Limited; a Senior Adviser at Bain & Co; and a member of the Advisory Board of Reform.
More info: http://www.gsk.com/about/boardofdirectors.htm
I think we should start a “member of the Illuminati thread” because this person is defo part of it look what he’s into!!!

Hi winniewillcox

Yeah it's amazing how much of our food & drink is produced by pharma companies

Lottie started a thread the other day about this very subject, here's the link if you haven't already seen it...

<<< Is X lucozade addict, there is hope for you're man yet. It was the sunset yellow that stopped me drinking the stuff too much can cause cancer I read somewhere. Then I found out Dr Peppers contained aspartane another bad artificial sweetner.

100% pure fruit smoothies is the way to go try find one he likes the taste of there are many different mixes, or make your own.

yes also the names of products are interesting too- i was watching Tsarions sacred symbolism in the media vid and he was explaining how Pepsi- Pepi-Pepper (dr pepper/sgt pepper) are all derived from the name of Satan from a long time ago when they used to refer to satan as pepsi. It comes from all directions- the symbolism, the names, the product itself, the chemicals, etc etc - we're hit from all angles!

Lucozade is full of shit, just read the ingredients on the label, and yes it is made by Glaxo. And for athletes Lucozade is definitely a very poor choice for an energy drink as it is marketed as.
Lucozade is at least as bad for you as Coca-Cola or any of those other crappy soft drinks.

I've never seen lucozade here in the states. As for what was said about dr. pepper, I am a dr. pepper addict, and as for the aspartame, that's only in the 'diet' dr. pepper. Aspartame's pretty much in any 'diet' drink, (and in chewing gum, too) for that matter, unless they use Splenda and I find Splenda to be quite nasty, so I don't think it's a good thing, either.

The soft drinks manufacters sometimes surrepticiously change their ingredients. Does anyone remember what I wrote about Sunny D a few months ago? They withdrew aspartame. but they did it very quietly with no announcement. If they reduce the fat content of crisps then there's a big label on the packet "Now with 40% less fat!!!!!!!!" But Sunny D didn't do that with aspartame.

While we're on the subject I notice that Fruit Shoot have brought out a pure juice version of their brand:

Is this because of public opinion shifting towards organic wholefoods?
