yeah ive seen that, I always bring up the argument that we dont really know when the zero point date is because our calendars keep changing (when the calendar started), so the date of 2012 could be wrong, it could be -+5 years

Yeh, everything's just normal, it's the way it's always been - nothing's happening right in front of our eyes thats out of the ordinary - this is just the way we have lived for the past 120,000 years. The Mayans didn't know what they were talking about, they didn't even have telescopes so how could they have - they just picked a date out of the air and made up a story - which is obviously not coming true in front of our eyes. There won't be any big event on 21/12/2012, the earth won't cross the equator of the galaxy, there won't be a pole shift triggering a mass DMT event, 21/12/1998 - 21/12/2012 is not a period of judgement, we will not awaken to the true nature of this experience, we will not recognise that all is One, that this is just a dream and that as we change our awareness of reality the reality we see around us changes accordingley.

None of the above will happen - everything will stay just the way it has done for the past 120,000 years - nothing ever changes, doesn't it?

I have yet to see any evidence pointing to the date as being anything more than simply the Mayan calendar's final recorded cycle. It could have gone on forever if they wanted to really waste the time on it.

It would be like saying every year when we get a calendar, because it ends in December, something spectacular must happen afterward.

The people who say something amazing is supposed to happen, probably don't respect the Mayans enough to use their actual culture as the source...only their calendar's length...because it is convenient.

2012 is more a descriptive "name" now more than a date, the last 20 years and the next 20 years could be called "2012" because of the changes, that are taking place.

The fact remains that if a planet is convinced 2012 will mean something then it will mean something and nothing can stop it, however if the negativity in people see it as some big joke then if that idea catches on guess what will happen? Nothing, and you can all say "I told you so" in between whining about why things never change.

I hear a lot of people in this forum do nothing but constantly complain about every little thing and how every thing in life is a conspiracy and we need to stand up against those who have been ruining the world, So you are presented with a date "Fact or Fiction" and your next line of reasoning is "its a hoax, and nothing will ever change" can you see the Irony in that?

It makes very little difference if it was made up or not or just plain misunderstood, Planets may or may not align at certain times no one can argue with that, but consciousness is a culmination of everything, matter and anti matter and if time is an illusion of the mind then the time is the least important thing to be concerned with. The bigger concern is "timing" not "time".

A world united in conscious thought of one event can and should be enough to change everything about that world, we have a chance for positivity to completely engulf the negativity in those who wish to make the world worse, there is nothing that the combined conscious power of the earth cannot do.

If the entire world thought that next Monday was the start of a brave new and free world were they didn't have to listen to the authorities to tell them right from wrong, that they would instinctively live in peace and harmony without the need for war, then next Monday would be an awesome day for the planet, but the planet would have to believe it first that they have the power to do this.

Anyone who says 2012 is a hoax is someone who is afraid to commit to something that they constantly daydream about, "oh I want a better world" but when the opportunity arises and a focal point is mentioned all they do is sabotage it and say it must be another conspiracy and there is no point in even entertaining the possibility out of the fear of being wrong. Its actually a quite cowardly approach, and with that approach, nothing will ever change. All that is needed for change is for everyone to focus on whats important, and that is getting life back on track and moving forward instead of the stagnating mess of yesteryear.

Do you think the world is radically changing today by mere chance? Is it coincidence that more and more people are becoming aware of different things other than the little house and white picket fence attitude?
Are we a species of burrowing creatures or are we a species of explorers?

We have left so much decisions to other people that we have forgotten how to take control, there is no such thing as "sheeple" do you know how offensive that a word like that is to people who just don't know the things that we may or may not know. The government call us sheeple and they spend quite a lot of time and resources trying to keep it that way, yet here in this very forum you have people convinced they are doing the "right" thing by spreading that propaganda and yet still calling the average uninformed human being a "sheep", and them selves a "truth seeker", sheer hypocrisy in action.

If people want change in the world and the surrounding environment we call reality, then they will have to put up or just plain shut up, because the defeatist attitude of 2012 is no good to man nor beast.

Either way or for what ever reason you have been presented with a date and a time to focus on, so either spread negativity about it or be positive about it, if a change in consciousness becomes apparent around the world for the better then rejoice and make it last, if nothing changes and a lot of people are left sad and depressed then you can take great pride in knowing you helped change nothing.

Another aspect is to observe 2012 in terms of is a point in the evolution of consciousness, where the rate of creation is accelerating in a spiral until it is practically infinite in the moment; time is irrelevant. The calendar ends because everything is happening simultaneously, which is how life already is, but it becomes a standard within consciousness. Ultimately, the reality is to be determined by each individual, as the nature of 2012 is of perception, or rather, observation. It is a portal, a window of opportunity, and simply, a change.

From my own experience, 2012 is, observing life as singularity, nothing and everything; however, the surface of my experience may change as consciousness evolves.

This is the thing isnt it, consciousness is becoming more and more condensed in occurrence, and what we were rock solid sure of yesterday we cannot stake our lives on today and who knows about tomorrow.

The quickening of this change makes people's alarm bells go off, I think this is the reason for quick temper tantrums we all are subject to these days. As long as we keep a cool head and get used to the acceleration, we will all make the right decisions for ourselves.
