This you tube video was posted on the headlines today Saturday 16th May. I have checked a couple of the case references given and they do not appear to support the statements made at all. I have also found a website that goes through each "fact" with links to the "evidence" (cases, laws, executive orders etc) and also cannot find any support for the statements made. The website is:
