It's normal to be eaten up by insects and the like for those that are dead and buried. I don't really see the big issue here. I couldn't find much information clicking the link, so I'm not sure if I have missed something or not...

I agree.....Don't forget worms! It is hardly degrading that when the energy leaves your body, you are reduced to being fertilizer. You're not much use anymore being dead, might as well recycle.
The first posted article only applies to someone who believes that their body is all of what they are.

I think the members of Skull and Bones have an advantage there... As they die they will still be skull and bones... Even more so because that's what will remain visible.
