If you have google earth go to the south pole. It looks like a bit of a mush but zoom into the very centre where it is slightly darker. Keeping zooming in as far as possible and it begins to look like the night sky!!!!!

89°59'59.98"S, 59°32'41.54"W

Copy and paste these coordinates into the search field to get there

Also check out a weird gold square at :

75° 6'25.90"S, 123°19'36.57"E

Within this you can see buildings. Its almost as if the square was put there to conceal the place

Hi marpat
I think the yellow box is there to highlight the bases there. If you go along to the right a bit, you will see some buildings that have been put in by google. I would be more wary if it were blacked out, because you wouldn't see what is underneath.
Here is another for you

Iran rocket
27°15'35.50"N 60°29'13.60"E
Looks like a rocket with a circle of buildings to the top right.

How did I do that?

Do you mean "how do I do that?"

In the middle of the yellow box that you mentioned, there is a small blue square, you click on it and out come more blue squares, you click on them and they will display pictures.

I have just put the gallery on and it gives some info. Its the concordia research station

I put 3d building on and it looks like little buildings have been drawn on the map. Odd

Seen the pics now. Didnt have that part selected at first.
