Hey guys,
Well I was just reading a few interesting threads about natural healing etc, and then it sprung to mind that alot of the cleaning procedures we go through everyday involve the use of chemicals, for example showering, people use shampoo, conditioner, shower gels etc, what are the best natural alternative for these?
Does anyone also have any alternatives for things like toothpaste etc?
Feedback is appreciated :D

toothpaste wise, I use Kingfisher fluride free fennel - it takes a couple of goes to get used to the fennel taste (kindof anniseed), but its all natural ingreedients and works a treat.
soapwise I use a natural tea-tree soap from rosemarys healthfoods (holland&barrat do simmilar).
as for the rest of it, I dont bother - what more do we realy need other than toothpaste and soap?
goodluck.

whats the best natural alternative to protein shake/creatine/body building supplement.
i currently use maximuscle promax, its whey based protein. i use it in a milkshake/water. this is used to buld muscle mass.
also whats the best best natural alternative to thermobol. this is a fat burner, you use it to get rid of the fat around your abs.
i am getting some size and defintion, but i want to have leaner and bigger/abs showing and want more muscle mass quicker. i use maximuscle products.
as i am impatient, i want fast results, but i don't want to use steroids.
if anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

The best cleaner for teeth is tooth soap as even so called natural toothpastes have glycerin which stops teeth from remineralising and erodes enamel over time http://www.red23.co.uk/Tooth-Soap-Peppermint-118ml_p_841.html

I use Jason mouthwash and anti-perspirant, Faith in Nature shampoo, Ecover handwash, Beverly Hills Formula toothpaste, and last, but not least, aloe dental floss.
