Developing Psychic Abilities

has anyone here developed what could be crudely-labelled "psychic abilities"?

If so, elaborate :)

Its a broad term.
Usually it seems folks think 'seeing the future' when you say psychic.
I am hearing my intuition more clearly now than I have before. I have voices which sometimes whisper to me. Sounds crazy I know.
The trick is learning to notice them clearly, then recognise them amongst the thought noise of the mind because they are very different. Most thoughts are fuzzy, watercolour in effect. When I am lost in that focus I don't pick up on the others, but sometimes, I get a very clear sound, a voice which will tell me something clearly. It has thus far turned out what was said was accurate.
Freaks me out a bit, and it is not often it happens or that I notice it happening perhaps, but when I do, I now know that I can trust it.

I read a post some time ago where one of the moderators here talked about that some (few) people had developed the ability to (more or less) read other people's mind! I have always thought that it should be possible as long as one is close enough physically..

We all had the ability from birth. Society is set up to beat it ourt of you.

You learn to use your rational brain from preschool onwards. YOur poisoned with flouride and food additives that clog up your pineal gland and its like anything. " use it or lose it "

You can regain the ability through study , meditation , cut flouride out etc

Practise practise practise.

Clear your chakras and open up your third eye (brow) chakra. You will then start noticing stuff.

Get some friends of a like mind or join a group if your interested. YOu can then practise sending telepathic messages , psychometry , all good fun.

Yeah I can hear snippets of voices when in a certain zen focused state of mind and can hear odd stray thoughts of work colleagues or sometimes on public transport. Doesn't work most of the day, can't hear my family's thoughts very often funny enough but probably because usually I'm chilling out with them. Some voices I have heard I'm sure are of an origin which is negative in polarity because they can be unpleasant and make nasty comments, I usually just send love energy to it and it goes. I thought I was going lala but then I heard things mentioned that were later verified which I couldn't have known by other means. I've had the odd premonitionary dream but I can only acknowledge them in retrospect really because they are still very abstract even though events in them clearly tie in to what later happens.

I think you are referring to a post I made some time ago and yes, being physically present is good because a lot of information comes from the eyes. It helps if you are at least sensitive and/or highly intuitive.

Psychic is not a word I like to use because of the 'fortune teller' connotations that have been built up around the word over the years so people have pre-judgements. It's more the ability to receive vibrational information in the same we do for our eyes and ears but for our 'inner eye' instead. We all have the ability inside of us, it just comes more naturally to some people.

Basically were all on one circuit board , and we can recieve any and every transmission from anywhere and everywhere. the reason we have to refine it is due to the fact that we couldnt control its entirety if it were already with us.

At 10% brain use were 90% incapable, the persuit of incorporation will allow future generations to exceed 10%. It is good that you practice with 3rd eye opening often. And then crown chakra opening. Well its a process. The more light you allow the more will come and your offspring will bear the benefits and so on.

Being close physically isnt all that important. The ability itself isnt physical at all, therefore being near someone only helps because that helps us focus on that person. Getting that focus or connection can also be done on a distance, like over the Internet.

After the first connection of this kind it should be easier to do at a distance at least in a short while after, while the memory of it is still fresh.

How to establish such a psychic telepathic link I dont know though. If practiced or something that comes naturally, I guess you could enter the mind of any person you come by, as long as that person allows it. And by allowing I mean subconciously. Some people I believe, naturally blocks such links.

I myself am starting to develop psychic abilities. I can see my reptilian "third eye" at times now when I close my eyes and focus a bit (not to well at meditation yet). I also seem to influence the mental field more than usual, or have an abnormal capacity to influence the minds of others.

Also..I don't know if its just me, but I seem to be able to influence the way people are shaped..or I dunno its hard to explain..and I see people with normally green eyes change to blue eyes..its weird..haven't heard of that one from others but uhh don't know if any other psychics know what this is.

Just to break this myth.

Its impossible to directly read a mind..its more like reading the energetic vibration that the mind is emitting; feeling that vibration/emotion and guessing what words tie with that vibration. Its not like you can go in their mind and hear what their thinking..its more like reading their aura

Reading someones aura requires you to be near that person. You dont have to be near a person to make a telepathic link. It usually works both ways in my experience though. And I dont believe its as simple as just to pick a person and make a link. For me it has seemed somewhat random, unless you create some powerfull emotions to make the link. Still, without full control of emotions then the connection can only be made with people you already have some kinds of emotions or share emotions with.

Yea that is true..I'm really not able to fully control my blossoming abilities yet, but I think everyone has had psychic experiences in their lifetimes..they just don't recognize the experiences as such

True, I was surprised myself the few times it has happened. Usually we have been made to think, that it cant be happening. So we explain knowing something we shouldnt because we know this other person well, or that we just foresaw that it would be that response we would get.

When I was in school, guess the kind commonly called ground school? Before high school. Back then there was a situation where someone was just bashing at me verbally. I had no responses to it at the moment, so I just let it happen. I was surprised to feel empathy for me, pity for me, and I wasnt feeling it for myself. I looked behind me and there was one of the girls in my class looking at me, and seeing her face her pity was obvious.

At the time I was beginning to be aware that we are more than just our 5 senses, but in that case I still only recognised it because it was a strong emotion towards me which I knew wasnt my own. Otherwise I would probably not have noticed it at all.

a few astorolgers and 'mystics' (i think the term now is researchers lol) are talking about the veil lifting, increased energy's etc

i've been having a bit more psychic stuff happening little things like have a dream about a friend who i've not been in contact with for ages and them phoning out of the blue. thinking of obscure records then hearing them on the radio a couple of days later. hardly psychic but enjoyable.
