I just looked at my own money (with a magnifying glass I might add) and they are there. They look more like snakeheads on the actual money than they do in this threads images. Unfortunately JPG compression is not doing them justice. But they are definitely there, anyone can look at them.

I guarantee to you that every scratch on every plate that is used to make us currency has a meaning. It's not like they are writing love letters. If there's something there, it means something. Do you think the engravers can just put anything they want on those plates?

There is no rorshach on US currency, puh-leeez!
