I see that there is quite a bit on the web thesedays about communities that elect to opt out of the rancid, fraudulent world economic system by issuing their own money.
Some have suggested that all communities could do this. Renumeration exchangeable for goods, food etc. based on effort and time. Not false illuminati finance based on interest on non-existent bank loans or money from fresh air 'quantative easing'.
The government would have no legal right to control such tranactions as it would be outside of it's remit.:)
