Right, ok. This may not be about religion. But it's the closest thing there is to it.

Okay, so i may be still in High school, but i tend to think into things more deeply than most.

I'd like feed back/You're opinions and ETC on this.

I've been thinking too much lately and it's been geting on top of me and really, i think i'm just being stupid. I can't be bothered going into the whole concept of 'Is god real, or isn't he...What's the fuss about?' It's the other things. Everything has a purpose in life, some just don't know what that purpose is. Also, infinity... Is there such thing as a 'Forver and ever'. Everything has to come to an end at some point. Whether it be a human life or your Dish washer. But what i can't get my head around is 'people' say 'space' goes on forver, even though they have no evidence to show this. Just think about it, how can ANYTHING last forever? There has to be an end at some point... Maybe, but where?

How did 'Aliens' come about? Stupid fictional books what just caught the imagination of the people? Or is it somthing that's possible. There is so many things about this world we don't know. We don't even know what we're doing ourselves. Electricity was only discovered about a 100 years ago. Now, everything we do is based on electricity. What could happen in the next 100 years? There's so many galaxys in the 'Black sea'. Maybe one day, travelling to another planet would be like taking a trip to the shops. We just don't know.

The Big Bang - Fact or Fiction? There has been evidence, apparently. I wonder, how can nothingness and nothingness create life? Or this Powerful 'Spirit'. How was life created if everything was 'nothingness'? What gets me most is the fact of Time. How did it come about? How can you make time?

I once had a conversation about this with a really good friend and i still think to myself constantly. What if we're not real? What if we are some computer generated image that's evolved feelings and senses? Maybe we're the soaps. Maybe there is people or things watching us out there what we don't know about, whatching our lives. Going back to what i said earlier... Nothing can last forever. I believe that our lives have been planned out and are Death has already been written - It took a long night of thinking, don't ask how.

Reincarnation - Real or Not? How can anyone know what happens when you die? Do you come back and live your life as someone else? Or, do you just...die? I watched this documentry on the TV a while back of a young boy who was suposedly living a new life. It was quite amazing. He knew where he lived and all his family from a few decades ago. Everything fell into place. So now i think, no one knows what they're on about and no one is EVER gonna know everything, no matter what they say.

I know you might think i'm being a total and utter twit but it just makes me wonder.

What kind of world are we living in?

Also, infinity... Is there such thing as a 'Forver and ever'. Everything has to come to an end at some point. Whether it be a human life or your Dish washer.

You have to stop thinking in a materialist way. There is an illusory energy, which some call Maya, which is very enticing.

Tell me, Brother, how can I renounce Maya?

When I gave up the tying of ribbons,

still I tied my garment about me:

When I gave up tying my garment,

still I covered my body in its folds.

So, when I give up passion, I see that anger remains;

And when I renounce anger, greed is with me still;

And when greed is vanquished, pride and vainglory remain;

When the mind is detached and casts Maya away,

still it clings to the letter.

Kabir says, "Listen to me, dear Sadhu!

the true path is rarely found."

How can it end if theres no proof of how or if it ever began lol.We cant be here but we seem to be . If we are just a part of some computer simulation who created the creators , it goes on and on or in and in ! Check out the thirteenth floor movie made the same year as the matrix 1999 but hardly any recognition .I once lived on the thirteenth floor :D

hellie, you bring up good points.

On the 'forever & ever' thing, I think it's like the ouroboros, the snake eating it's tail. In other words, 'time' goes in a circle. A time loop? *thinking* Tales from the Time Loop? I haven't read that book. I've just read David's Children of the Matrix & The Biggest Secret.

Anyhow, 'time' is just a loop or an illusion or something, and nothing is ever created nor destroyed...it just changes form. Our bodies go back to dust when we die but our spirits live forever.

As for 'God' or a creator, there must have at least been one once, I think, since there's a creation? Personally, I'd say that the 'Gods' & 'Goddesses' of old are probably no longer with us. But then there's Amy Lee of Evanescence. She's in my avatar. She has to be a Goddess!!

And your point about electricity I find fascinating. I'd say we humans are just a backward animal race still immersed in tribal warfare, but we're at a point in our spiritual or whatever evolution where we can either evolve or we're gonna end up destroying ourselves via crap we shouldn't even mess with like nuclear weapons, etc.

And there's another thing. Amy Lee herself even mentioned this. (yeah. I'm an obsessed Evanatic.) We only use 10% of our brains. why?

Personally I wonder. Is it some sort of automatic defense mechanism?? :confused:

10% really that much ,lol i know and it still suprises me .Actually i always thought that if we ever used 100% we wouldnt actually have a brain or need one in the first place .How much does a pc use to perform its tasks , some background progs run but it doesnt use 100% only if theres a problem on mine .We invented computers and as such they are an extension of us and a mirror too. 22.22 on the clock as i type this !telepathy is the wireless network , the hard drive is just the akashic record , everything is everything and thats all an illusion .:D
