Hi

I'm wondering if anyone is knowledgeable on this subject... For around 6-8months (maybe more) I raise energy through all the chakras and ignite my energy body. A lot of this energy seems to be at its strongest in the Brow chakra. When I raise energy here I obviously have precognitive dreams etc etc. I do however, feel like 'Shit' for the rest of the day and sometimes longer.

To cut a long story short, why do I feel like shite the next day after raising energy?

Symptoms include: Mood swings, aggression, sensitivity and a headache like your looking through 'pea soup' all day.

Anyone?

p.s I have had the kundalini activation already.

Are you closing them down after working on them? leaving them open will make you oversensitive and you might end up picking up a lot of crap in the atmosphere. Not good practise to walk around with them totally open at all times.

I wonder if an over abundance of energy makes you feel tired too as there are times when I have done little but feel drained. You could say it is due to boredom but it could be energy getting blocked too.

Because you are tapping into esoteric forces and it should be done slowly preferable under guidance.

I would advise some Asana practise so your body can adjust, otherwise you may blow your mind.:D and you are also more than likely unblocking your chakras.

I sometimes fall asleep or become sleepy halfway some meditations i do:D

when i get the time that is.

so thats why you may feel groggy, its like when you have a massage ,you feel like crap afterwards because of the toxins being released it takes a while and more massages before you start feeling the benefits.

Hope this helps.

Take your time;)

When one establishes himself in the place between the eyebrows he goes beyond all the kinds of desires that
motivate life and impel one to move in many directions. All experience and ideas serve only to clarify one's perceptions
in Ajna Chakra. The plane of neutrality (Sarasvati) appears as a balance between solar and lunar energy within the body.

I think you have nailed it there. I never close them down. What I usually do is blast my chakras before sleep(night time only) but obviously I don't close them down and this is why I feel crap because as I sleep for 8hrs or so, my energy body is still charged. This is why my dreams are so vivid and precognitive too, as my brow chakra has some kind of dominance over all the other ones.

The dominant chakra's do change though, as last month it was my root chakra! this obviously caused a lot of sexual energy and It did take over my life a bit(don't want to get graphic,ha ha).

I MUST close them down.

I do need to take my time, I agree there.

I went through very painful Kundalini awakening symptoms for quite a while but once this recedes and me being an adventurous soul, i don't do things be halves!

Everything I have learned has been my own way, maybe it was(and still is)the hard way! but he who dares wins I suppose.

I had some similar problems and was advised that I needed to ground myself as I was going to explode! Walk in the grass barefoot, get some Boji balls (never out my pocket now) and concentrate a little more on your root and sacral chakras. Get some advice from someone thats qualified, Ive got a list of crystals to get that correlate to each Chakra and to me. See you up there!

Do you know anyone who is genuinely qualified in this area? Concentrating on my root chakra only heightens my sexual desire! which im trying to put on the back burner because its too much.

Its getting to a stage now that im 'charged up' all the time. Ive tried grounding myself, heavy foods and laying down outside. I am quite active and I spend a lot of time mountain biking so spending time in nature doesn't seem to work.

Is there currently a cycle of intense energy hitting us at the moment? anyone?

I used to have this problem when having Reiki therapy - man I felt high as a kite for days - I got pulled aside by one of my son's teachers as she thought I was drunk!!! lol - After a few more sessions I felt more "grounded" but those first phew - wow :)

If you go out and buy a new sports car, then you don't get it out onto an open road and see what it can do until you've got used to its handling and characteristics. And it is the same with Chakra's, i always say take your time getting to know and understand each chakra, know how it works and how it responds to certain things. :)

Always close down, absolutely always, until you are able to work with them open and understand how they work it is important to close down because they'll draw and attract different energies.

It is nice to have a drink, and then when you';ve had too much you'll begin to fel ill, its the same with the chakra's (sorry to metaphor all the time, it is sometimes how i see things, lol) - energising the chakras is a pleasurable experience, but when we over energise them we can get a little iffy, if you knpow what i mean and i'm sure that you do :D

I think when you spoke about your root chakra being energised, this was emphasising that you should work on your grounding, do some grounding visualisations and grounding meditation :D

Hope that helps some?

peace

Yes thats is so true, I have been collecting a lot of Negative energies for the last month. Its been hard to shake off and very uncomfortable at times. However, me being a strong minded person I didn't let it get the better of me.

To be honest, I've been thrown into the deep end in all this and I admit I don't know how to handle this like some more informed people. I am learning the hard way, but its exciting! I know in a few years when I look back on this period of my life, I shall embrace the bad times.

Hi,
I was getting lots of attacks and negative energy and it was pretty scary at the time, I was advised to always protect myself before doing any meditation work and given a web site (http://virtualworld360.blogspot.com/2009/02/meditation-and-protection.html), I posted on this on my blog.
Im not doing this one now as Ive moved onto Keylontic science (http://www.keylonticdictionary.org/home-No%20Prosender.htm) and am studying the Freedom teachings of the azurite press (http://www.azuritepress.com/)
I have not paid up for any of the courses yet as I dont have the funds but Im doing the Maharic Seal exercise (http://www.azuritepress.com/techniques/maharic_liquid_light.html) and a few others that you can get from the azurite press site for free. It seems to be working as Im in balance and no more bad energy attacks.
Hope this info helps,
Cheers

"This meditation has been used as a spiritual protection technique for at least 2 centuries that I am aware of. It has been used by magicians, alchemists, sorcerers, spiritualists, spiritual healers, and by the psychics and shaman of all cultures. It is the best way that I know of to protect you during any and every kind of spiritual, occult and/or psychic endeavor. It can be used for protection from the influence of anyone or anything negative, including demonic, evil, and negative spirits AND people! It has been used for protection from all forms of psychic attack and black witchcraft. It also can be used for healing, as a similar technique has been used by many hospitals for the purpose of cancer patients doing healing meditations."

radcarper, that one was quick and really excellent! However, try changing the white light to golden light coming through your crown, wow.

I definitely felt balanced. Thanks for the info.

You feel like crap because a lot of negativity, pain and darkness is being released and broken up with in your soul and body from all of your past lives.

Becoming self realized and awakened is very painful. I mean VERY PAINFUL.
But we must go through it in order to live in the light and be self realized. this is why most people stay asleep. It is very painful. I have gone through unimaginable pain cleansing my soul and spirit. So bad that I went back to drugs for a little while but once you enter the path you cannot leave the light. YOU Will always be brought back to the path.

good luck.
great post.

True and once your on the path and seen the game for what it really is, its hard to go back to the 'normal' DNA manipulated consciousness mind fuck which is the mainstream reality.

You call it the path of light, I call it the path of balance. Who cares bro, its the same thing, just a label.
