‘Accidental’ Contamination Of Vaccine With Live Avian Flu Virus Virtually Impossible

Czech newspapers are questioning if the shocking discovery of vaccines contaminated with the deadly avian flu virus which were distributed to 18 countries by the American company Baxter were part of a conspiracy to provoke a pandemic.

The claim holds weight because, according to the very laboratory protocols that are routine for vaccine makers, mixing a live virus biological weapon with vaccine material by accident is virtually impossible.

“The company that released contaminated flu virus material from a plant in Austria confirmed Friday that the experimental product contained live H5N1 avian flu viruses,” reports the Canadian Press (http://www.torontosun.com/news/canada/2009/02/27/8560781.html).

Baxter flu vaccines contaminated with H5N1 - otherwise known as the human form of avian flu, one of the most deadly biological weapons on earth with a 60% kill rate - were received by labs in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Slovenia.

Initially, Baxter attempted to stonewall questions by invoking “trade secrets” and refused to reveal how the vaccines were contaminated with H5N1. After increased pressure they then claimed that pure H5N1 batches were sent by accident. This was seemingly an attempt to quickly change the story and hide the fact that the accidental contamination of a vaccine with a deadly biological agent like avian flu is virtually impossible and the only way it could have happened was by wilful gross criminal negligence.

According to a compiled translation from Czech newspaper stories, the media over there is asking tough questions about whether the contamination was part of a deliberate attempt to start a pandemic.

“Was this just a criminal negligence or it was an attempt to provoke pandemia using vaccination against flu to spread the disease - as happened with the anti-B hepatitis vaccination with vaccines containing the HIV virus in US? - and then cash for the vaccines against H5N1 which Baxter develops? How could on Earth a virus as H5N1 come to the ordinary flu vaccines? Don’t they follow even basic precautions in the american pharma companies?” states the translation (http://www.911blogger.com/node/19517).

The fact that Baxter mixed the deadly H5N1 virus with a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses is the smoking gun. The H5N1 virus on its own has killed hundreds of people, but it is less airborne and more restricted in the ease with which it can spread. However, when combined with seasonal flu viruses, which as everyone knows are super-airborne and easily spread, the effect is a potent, super-airbone, super deadly biological weapon.

As the Canadian Press article explains, “While H5N1 doesn’t easily infect people, H3N2 viruses do. If someone exposed to a mixture of the two had been simultaneously infected with both strains, he or she could have served as an incubator for a hybrid virus able to transmit easily to and among people.”

There can be little doubt therefore that this was a deliberate attempt to weaponize the H5N1 virus to its most potent extreme and distribute it via conventional flu vaccines to the population who would then infect others to a devastating degree as the disease went airborne.

The Canadian Press article states, “That mixing process, called reassortment, is one of two ways pandemic viruses are created,” but then claims that there is no evidence that this is what Baxter were doing, despite there being no clear explanation as to why Baxter has samples of the live avian flu virus on its premises in the first place.

However, to reiterate, the key aspect of this story is that it is virtually impossible for live avian flu virus to find its way into a vaccine by “accident”.

As health expert Mike Adams points out (http://www.naturalnews.com/025760.html), “The shocking answer is that this couldn’t have been an accident. Why? Because Baxter International adheres to something called BSL3 (Biosafety Level 3) - a set of laboratory safety protocols that prevent the cross-contamination of materials.”

“Laboratory personnel have specific training in handling pathogenic and potentially lethal agents, and are supervised by competent scientists who are experienced in working with these agents. This is considered a neutral or warm zone. All procedures involving the manipulation of infectious materials are conducted within biological safety cabinets or other physical containment devices, or by personnel wearing appropriate personal protective clothing and equipment. The laboratory has special engineering and design features.”

Under the BSL3 code of conduct, it is impossible for live avian flu viruses to contaminate production vaccine materials that are shipped out to vendors around the world.

This leaves only two possibilities that explain these events:

Possibility #1: Baxter isn’t following BSL3 safety guidelines or is so sloppy in following them that it can make monumental mistakes that threaten the safety of the entire human race. And if that’s the case, then why are we injecting our children with vaccines made from Baxter’s materials?

Possibility #2: A rogue employee (or an evil plot from the top management) is present at Baxter, whereby live avian flu viruses were intentionally placed into the vaccine materials in the hope that such materials might be injected into humans and set off a global bird flu pandemic.

Spreading bird flu would create an instantaneous surge of demand for bird flu vaccines. The profits that vaccine companies such as Baxter International could reap out of such a panic are astronomical.

In addition, as we have previously reported (http://www.infowars.net/articles/november2005/081105birdflu.htm), those that have a stake in the Tamiflu vaccine include top globalists and BIlderberg members like George Shultz, Lodewijk J.R. de Vink and former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.

Authorities in both Europe and the U.S. have openly detailed plans for martial law, quarantine and internment should a bird flu pandemic occur.

This is not the first time that vaccine companies have been caught distributing vaccines contaminated with deadly viruses.

In 2006 it was revealed that Bayer Corporation had discovered that their injection drug, which was used by hemophiliacs, was contaminated with the HIV virus. Crickey! Yes they did, you're right. It was called survivors. I watched about 5 minutes of the 2nd episode and decided to turn it off and watch it in the correct order on bbc iplayer, but never got round to it. It was pretty scary looking.

I feel the foot and mouth outbreak was like a beta test for whats being unleashed on us next. Alex Jones has had a few experts on that say F&M isnt normally as bad as it was and conclude that it must have been weaponized to have killed every animal it came into contact with. Ok. I'll put into words what I assume most are thinking...

I'm sure we are all aware of the potential usefulness of the yearly flu-jab as the means by which to kick start a world-wide tsunamis of viral death.

Thinking conspiratorially, we can assume they've been holding 'practice runs' for a number of years, by monitoring the levels of infection uptake from those given the flu jab in certain areas. What you are wanting to do is to release into the human environment a virus whose infection rate is spread rapidly and easily (but slow to show symptoms to guard against alarm), and is able to survive living on door handles, computer keyboards, stair rails, products in a supermarket, etc,...all things touched by human hands in public places, for say 24 hours.

I have seriously felt like shit for almost 2 months and I am not the only one, or else I would be seriously worried about myself.

There has been nothing in the news about it either. I have been sick more this year then all of last year combined. There is definitely something going on.

I'm in Toronto, I'm never sick, but from Sept through Jan, I was horribly ill. Coughing, fatigue, night sweats, etc etc. This actually may have turned out to be a 'blessing in disguise' for me. Doctors thought I may have Lymphoma, so they did a CT scan and found a golf ball size complex tumour in my Kidney. 9 times out of 10, this means you have Renal Cancer. So, they did another CT scan with different contrast and determined with 90-95% accuracy that it was benign. These tumours can turn malignant any time, I have to have a follow up MRI every 6 months. If renal cancer goes beyond stage 1, it's not good news, but now I know it's there. Stage 1 kidney cancer isn't too bad, they'll just remove my kidney if they determine it's cancer.

So, whatever the fuck these bastards are dousing us with may have saved me from an outta control cancer nightmare...or it may have caused my tumour to begin with!

HEALTH bosses are preparing for a massive flu outbreak that they fear could kill up to one in 80 people in Derbyshire.

Medical gowns and masks have been stockpiled and plans are in place to give information and drugs to the public to stop the spread of the killer disease.

Experts fear a 15-week pandemic could kill 12,000 people in the county.

And while children and the elderly are normally worst-hit by seasonal flu, a pandemic virus would be strong enough to kill healthy people.

Businesses can expect half of their employees to fall ill.

According to the World Health Organisation, the threat of bird flu mutating so that it can be easily passed from person to person means there is a greater risk of a pandemic now than at any time since the last outbreak in 1968.

Mike Sandys, of NHS Derby City, said: "It's a question of when it happens and not if. We're going to get an outbreak sooner or later. And when it happens, it will have a big impact on the health service and society in general."

could kill 12,000 in county alone

In the 20th century, millions of people died world wide during three outbreaks
of new forms of the flu virus. Health officials are unable to predict when the
next pandemic will occur but are convinced it will happen, killing up to 1 in 80
people. Kate Liptrot spoke to Derbyshire's health trust to find out how the
county would cope in the face of the killer disease.

Deep inside a warehouse the contents of a collection of plain cardboard boxes
could mean the difference between life and death.

In the event of a global flu crisis, NHS staff will be in desperate need of
hundreds of protective masks and gowns stockpiled in coalville store.
This store is just one of many measures to tackle a possible outbreak.

For the first time, health bosses across the country are planning for a
pandemic, following a call from the Government. They believe a pandemic
could happen in one of two ways.

A deadly new version of the flu virus may spread across the globe, as
happened three times in the 20th century including the devastating 1918
out break. Unlike the flu strains we face each winter this would be a much
stronger virus which would be lethal to more people including the fit and
healthy.

A pandemic could also happen if the bird flu virus usually fatal to humans,
develops the ability to to more easily pass from person to person. At the
moment it is normally caught by close contact with birds. In either case,
there would be no vaccine that would protect the people against catching
the flu. There are anti-viral drugs that can reduce the symptoms.

It is with this in mind that heath bosses across Derbyshire have prepared
documents detailing the role of the local NHS in the face of such an event.
They are preparing for a "worst-case" scenario in which up to half the
population would be infected with as many as 12,000 dying in Derbyshire
- 2.5 per cent of the infected population. They hope this will help limit the
number of deaths.

Mike Sandys , of NHS Derby City said the trust's plan were approved by its
board last week. He said: "if there was a pandemic, anti-viral drugs would be
given to everybody because there is evidence that if you go down with flu,
they speed up the recovery. "people with symptoms would be encouraged to
call a national flu helpline where call centre staff would speak to them about
their condition. "There would be so many people falling ill that GPs would be
swamped if everybody visited them so GPs would only deal with people who
develop complications or have pre-existing medical conditions."

The trust would give public health information through the local media and
encourage people to find a "flu Friend" who would be able to collect their
drugs if they fell ill. Businesses would be warned to prepare for up to half of
their staff contracting the virus within a typical 15-week pandemic, with up
to 20% off sick at any time. And that level of absenteeism could be higher
among healthcare staff. MR Sandys said; "the impact on NHS could be
somewhat more because it employs primarily who would often look after
children if they get flu."

At Derby's hospitals, non-essential services such as the skin and sexual
health clinics would be closed. Routine but essential surgery would continue
with the help of private hospitals who have agreed to share the workload.
This would allow the hospitals to focus their efforts on the pandemic and
free up more staff. Those who do not normally deal with seriously-ill patients
such as day nurses, would be trained to work on wards.

Jo cooper, assistant director of nursing said: "we could train people now but
if nothing happens for five years, they will forget what they have learned and
we would have wasted a lot of time." Hospital beds would be given to the
most seriously-ill patients, with others transferred to nursing and residential
homes, community hospitals or their own homes whenever possible. Those
with flu would be kept together and away from people not infected by the
virus to limit the spreading. But MR Sandys said that despite the severity of a
pandemic the public should be reassured that the NHS was ready. he said:
"The World Health Organisations says the UK is better prepared for a
pandemic than anywhere else in the world."

I have noticed a lot of people, co-workers specifically, becoming sick more frequently. Of course, many of them push themselves hard and come to work anyway in pursuit of the almighty dollar.

I'm not bragging or anything, but I never get sick. I drink a lot of homemade herbal teas and never go to the doctor which could be one reason, but on the other hand I'm not really good about watching my diet (I still eat processed foods) so I don't know.

I also don't spend a lot of time worrying about stuff like this. I'm aware of it, but I try not to let it "consume" me if you know what I mean.

After the last couple of weeks looking in to common purpose and how they work this whole article stinks of them. the editor and reporter in question and the nhs guy They all seem to have a common purpose of spreading fear and carrying out government agenda at local level what i mean is for a local paper to be printing a story like this to strike fear into the public that they are all singing from the same common purpose hymn sheet.

Two more curosities are that she also states that "it's not a question of if, but when" and it's just some local papers that cover the interview!

‘Accidental’ Contamination Of Vaccine With Live Avian Flu Virus Virtually Impossible

Czech newspapers are questioning if the shocking discovery of vaccines contaminated with the deadly avian flu virus which were distributed to 18 countries by the American company Baxter were part of a conspiracy to provoke a pandemic.

The claim holds weight because, according to the very laboratory protocols that are routine for vaccine makers, mixing a live virus biological weapon with vaccine material by accident is virtually impossible.

“The company that released contaminated flu virus material from a plant in Austria confirmed Friday that the experimental product contained live H5N1 avian flu viruses,” reports the Canadian Press (http://www.torontosun.com/news/canada/2009/02/27/8560781.html).

Baxter flu vaccines contaminated with H5N1 - otherwise known as the human form of avian flu, one of the most deadly biological weapons on earth with a 60% kill rate - were received by labs in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Slovenia.

Initially, Baxter attempted to stonewall questions by invoking “trade secrets” and refused to reveal how the vaccines were contaminated with H5N1. After increased pressure they then claimed that pure H5N1 batches were sent by accident. This was seemingly an attempt to quickly change the story and hide the fact that the accidental contamination of a vaccine with a deadly biological agent like avian flu is virtually impossible and the only way it could have happened was by wilful gross criminal negligence.

According to a compiled translation from Czech newspaper stories, the media over there is asking tough questions about whether the contamination was part of a deliberate attempt to start a pandemic.

“Was this just a criminal negligence or it was an attempt to provoke pandemia using vaccination against flu to spread the disease - as happened with the anti-B hepatitis vaccination with vaccines containing the HIV virus in US? - and then cash for the vaccines against H5N1 which Baxter develops? How could on Earth a virus as H5N1 come to the ordinary flu vaccines? Don’t they follow even basic precautions in the american pharma companies?” states the translation (http://www.911blogger.com/node/19517).

The fact that Baxter mixed the deadly H5N1 virus with a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses is the smoking gun. The H5N1 virus on its own has killed hundreds of people, but it is less airborne and more restricted in the ease with which it can spread. However, when combined with seasonal flu viruses, which as everyone knows are super-airborne and easily spread, the effect is a potent, super-airbone, super deadly biological weapon.

As the Canadian Press article explains, “While H5N1 doesn’t easily infect people, H3N2 viruses do. If someone exposed to a mixture of the two had been simultaneously infected with both strains, he or she could have served as an incubator for a hybrid virus able to transmit easily to and among people.”

There can be little doubt therefore that this was a deliberate attempt to weaponize the H5N1 virus to its most potent extreme and distribute it via conventional flu vaccines to the population who would then infect others to a devastating degree as the disease went airborne.

The Canadian Press article states, “That mixing process, called reassortment, is one of two ways pandemic viruses are created,” but then claims that there is no evidence that this is what Baxter were doing, despite there being no clear explanation as to why Baxter has samples of the live avian flu virus on its premises in the first place.

However, to reiterate, the key aspect of this story is that it is virtually impossible for live avian flu virus to find its way into a vaccine by “accident”.

Because Baxter International adheres to something called BSL3 (Biosafety Level 3) - a set of laboratory safety protocols that prevent the cross-contamination of materials.”

“Laboratory personnel have specific training in handling pathogenic and potentially lethal agents, and are supervised by competent scientists who are experienced in working with these agents. The laboratory has special engineering and design features.”

Under the BSL3 code of conduct, it is impossible for live avian flu viruses to contaminate production vaccine materials that are shipped out to vendors around the world.

This leaves only two possibilities that explain these events:

Possibility #1: Baxter isn’t following BSL3 safety guidelines or is so sloppy in following them that it can make monumental mistakes that threaten the safety of the entire human race. And if that’s the case, then why are we injecting our children with vaccines made from Baxter’s materials?

Possibility #2: A rogue employee (or an evil plot from the top management) is present at Baxter, whereby live avian flu viruses were intentionally placed into the vaccine materials in the hope that such materials might be injected into humans and set off a global bird flu pandemic.

Spreading bird flu would create an instantaneous surge of demand for bird flu vaccines. The profits that vaccine companies such as Baxter International could reap out of such a panic are astronomical.

In addition, as we have previously reported (http://www.infowars.net/articles/november2005/081105birdflu.htm), those that have a stake in the Tamiflu vaccine include top globalists and BIlderberg members like George Shultz, Lodewijk J.R. de Vink and former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.

This is not the first time that vaccine companies have been caught distributing vaccines contaminated with deadly viruses.

In 2006 it was revealed that Bayer Corporation had discovered that their injection drug, which was used by hemophiliacs, was contaminated with the HIV virus. I was listening to the Alex Jones show the other day and a woman called in. She works in a health store in Canada. She has been recomending colloidal silver for years to her customers.

In 2000 I lost a young dog (almost three years old) to lymphoma…Then last year my eldest brother died due to bowel cancer.

These days it seems that all I ever hear about is someone falling victim to illnesses like cancer which I once believed to be rare…When I was a bairn folk died of heart failures, stroke and pneumonia or via accidents…In the neighborhood where my family lived for approximately eleven years there was only two cancer victims, a young boy and a middle-aged man who had fallen ill with lung cancer just before my parents moved location.

Maybe I hear more about other illness’ now-a-days because folk are more open about them or maybe there’s something wrong with the environment that we live in?

I can only speculate but my suspicious nature is thinking the latter… The environment and the pollutants within.

It seems you can make it yourself.

A quick search found this:

Connect 3 ea 9 volt batteries together in series (positive to negative, etc) to form a 27 volt source. Use distilled water only. Buy a few 1 ounce 999 silver bars or even American Eagles will do (1 ounce, .999 pure) and dangle them in the water (but not the clips themselves about 1 to 1 1/2 inches apart. Use Ball or other glass canning jar with 1 quart capacity.
I find that this rig is crude but effective. It will generate a fluffy fuz on one of the electrodes and I switch the polarity every hour or so to equalize the amount of silver which is pulled off of each electrode.

After about 4 hours I disconnect and remove the silver bars, thoroughly shake up the solution and then let it settle out (larger particales will settle to the bottom, then pour off the clear liquid into other Mason/Ball jars. The solutions look slightly amber in color.

I use 1 ounce of this per day in 6 ounces of water. It tastes metalic. I never use it more than 7 days in a row or more than that in a 30 day period, figuring that my body will flush it out over that time. Have used this to clear up lingering mold infestations in my lungs (farmer's lung from inhaling mold dust from hay) and for tintinus infection on my feet (not as effective).

Just my experience.

I find it interesting that silver is associated with redemption/salvation in a symbolic sense. Possibly the ancients knew something we don't know.

Silver is used in skin cream as a medicinal salve for bed sores and burns. Also it has occured to me that wealthy people had silver to use as eating utensils and were dosing on this with every mouthful. Also silver or copper coins were used in the water barrels as purifying agents as recently as the 1800's.

It is a metal and metals can harm you. So can anythng though. Any mediaction can kill you if you use it wrongly. I would never use this stuff over a long period of time as I would be concerned that it would accumulate in the tissues.

That said (again), I would like to mention there was a guy on youtibe who overdosed himself it seems. I have seen it cure mumps before. My brother came home from work feeling really ill, went to bed and when he woke in the morning he had huge lumps under his throat and was very unwell. My mum told hime he had mumps but he didnt believe her - anyway she gave him some colloidal silver and in a day or 2 he was completely recovered. When he went back to work he was told by the manager that two other people had been sent home ill and had both called in to say the docs said it was mumps and they would be off for 2-3 weeks.

Another case was that my little cousin has had severe problems from birth with chest infections and each time he got one he was put on antibiotics which took 1-2 weeks to clear it up. Again my mum gave him some colloidal silver when he was up here on hols and came down with another infection. Literally within a few hours he was running around as normal and the infection didn't seem to develop, it knoked it right out. He still gets the infections but now his mum just uses colloidal at the first sign of an infection and he has never been as ill since.

I know someone who makes colloidal btw and sells it for a very reasonable price. If anyone is interested pm me.

Skin cells.....................2-4 wk cycle
Red Blood cells..............approx. 4 months
Organ cells...................between 1 - 4 years
Bone cells....................between 7 - 25 years

Platelets......................approx. 10 day cycle
Stomach & Colon & Intestines also work on 2 - 4 day cycle

all these are approximates because each body has a different natural clock and the general health of the Organ is a major factor.

A good balanced diet (organic) and regular exercise is essential to health, added to this micronutrients and you have Optimum health.

You need a big garden to grow it in - i have talk to my mother about started home grow up again but she not sure it gives so littel. it was all 100% organic.

If they were planning to microbe us soon with H5N1 variants for 'population control' would they steadfastly be promoting the long range goal of flouridation? Or promoting one world currency. It could be mercury poisoning from the vaccine. I have a similar problem and it's caused by mercury.

The thing that everybody on here has to remember is. Not everybody on here is at the same level of making the shift to consciousness. Both cleft_asunder and hey_jude are correct. While I agree with cleft_asunder, I have to say people that are just waking up to the 5 sense conspiracy still need examples of what is really going on in this reality in order for them to raise their consciousness level above it. Everything IS already ok. But in order to see and believe that, they need to unlearn years of conditioning that has told them this reality is real. It is a hard concept for people to grasp at first. There are some people that do not need to focus on the 5 sense conspiracy because there level of consciousness is already above it. My goal, and in my opinion David Icke's goal, is to get this information spread out as much as possible in order to help everyone with this vibrational shift. Do not make the mistake of assuming that everyone you communicate with on this forum is at the same level of knowledge that you do. Instead of trying to prove people wrong, take what they say and try to help them understand where you are coming from. Firing back and forth with arguments, does not accomplish anything. We have got to work with people, not against them.

TEGUCIGALPA. La Comisión Permanente de Contingencias (Copeco) coordinará la ejecución de un simulacro ante situaciones de emergencia, el que contará con la participación de Estados Unidos, Centroamérica y República Dominicana.

El evento se denomina Simulacro Nacional de las Fuerzas Armadas Humanitarias (FA-HUM) 2009 y se realizará del 17 al 24 de abril en Francisco Morazán, Comayagua e incluso, en Costa Rica.
El ejercicio coordinado por Copeco contará con el apoyo del Centro de Prevención de Desastres para América Central (Cepredenac) y las Fuerzas Militares del Comando Sur de los Estados Unidos.

Lo anterior fue anunciado en Casa de Gobierno por autoridades de la entidad organizadora, quienes también presentaron algunas demostraciones de lo que implica un simulacro ante desastres.

El evento se desarrollará en tres etapas, en la primera de ellas participarán representantes de Costa Rica y Panamá en la provincia tica de Puntarenas, donde se efectuará la activación de los mecanismos de comunicación regional con un evento de inundación.

Simultáneamente, en Honduras [size=22]se simulará el surgimiento de una pandemia provocada por la gripe aviar,la que finalizará con la transición de una respuesta nacional a una regional.

A continuación, en Honduras, los países de Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua y República Dominicana, participarán en la fase 2 en la cual el evento principal será una inundación seguida de un sismo en Comayagua, para lo que se hará un llamamiento internacional debido al impacto de esos fenómenos.

La fase tres consistirá en la evaluación general de este ejercicio, con las recomendaciones de los participantes, a fin de mejorar el adiestramiento y optimizar las gestiones de respuesta ante esas contingencias, la que se realizará en la isla de Saint Kitts, San Cristóbal, en el Mar Caribe.

The so-called 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic, which may have killed as many as 50 million people, began when an avian flu virus jumped to people, experts said.

“The infection of humans with a novel influenza-A virus infection of animal origins, as has happened here, is of concern because of the risk, albeit small, that this could represent the appearance of viruses with pandemic potential,” the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control said in a statement.

There’s no evidence a pandemic strain is evolving in the U.S., the Stockholm-based agency said. The CDC reached the same conclusion.

“We don’t think this is a time for major concern,” Anne Schuchat, CDC’s director of respiratory diseases, told reporters on a conference call yesterday.

Health-Care Workers

Authorities in Mexico asked the Public Health Agency of Canada to help identify what’s causing the lung infection that has also spread to five health-care workers, the Ottawa-based agency said in an e-mail yesterday.

Canada’s National Microbiology Lab received 51 specimens from Mexico on April 22 and will test them for pathogens. Tests in Mexico found patients had the H1N1 and type-B influenza strains and the parainfluenza virus, the agency said.

Three main human flu strains -- H3N2, H1N1 and type-B -- cause 250,000 to 500,000 deaths a year globally, according to the World Health Organization, a United Nations agency. Pigs also are susceptible to flu, including the H1N1 subtype.

“It will be critical to determine whether or not the strains of H1N1 isolated from patients in Mexico are also swine flu,” Donald Low, an infectious diseases specialist at Toronto’s Mount Sinai Hospital, told the Canadian Press.

The CDC is discussing its cases and viruses with Mexico and the Pan American Health Organization, Schuchat said.

“At this point, we do not have any confirmation of swine influenza in Mexico,” Schuchat said.

Fatal Cases

Thirteen fatal cases of severe respiratory illness were reported in Mexico City; four in San Luis Potosi, north of the capital; two in the state of Baja California Norte, bordering California; and another in Oaxaca city in the south. Most cases occurred in southern and central Mexico in previously healthy adults ages 25 to 44.

Symptoms include high fever, headache, eye pain, shortness of breath and extreme fatigue with rapid progression of symptoms to severe respiratory distress in about five days, the Canadian agency said. A “high proportion” of cases require mechanical respiration, it said.

The four males and three females in San Diego County and Imperial County, California, and in San Antonio, Texas, diagnosed with swine flu had mild flu-like symptoms. The patients, 9 to 54 years old, included a father-daughter pair and two boys attending the same Texas school.

Human-to-Human Spread

The virus is contagious and spreading from human to human, the CDC said in a statement on its Web site. The patients began feeling sick from March 28 to April 19. All have recovered and only one was hospitalized, according to the CDC. None had direct contact with pigs.

“That’s unusual,” Schuchat said. “We don’t know yet how widely it’s spreading and we certainly don’t know the extent of the problem.”

As precaution, CDC is preparing the virus as a vaccine seed strain that could be used to make immunizations, she said.

The swine flu virus contains four different gene segments representing both North American swine and avian influenza, human flu and a Eurasian swine flu, CDC said.

“We haven’t seen this strain before, but we haven’t been looking as intensively as we are these days,” Schuchat said. “It’s very possible that this is something new that hasn’t been happening before.”

Human Infections

Swine influenza is a respiratory disease of pigs caused by type-A influenza that regularly causes outbreaks among the animals, according to the CDC. Swine flu doesn’t normally infect people, though human infections do occur and cases of human-to- human spread of swine flu viruses have been documented.

Infection in pigs is regarded as especially problematic because of the risk of “reassortment” to produce a new virus, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control said.

“These mild U.S. cases infected with a novel influenza are not reflecting the emergence of a pandemic strain, but they at least raise the possibility that there has been limited human- to-human transmission,” the health agency said.

The World Health Organization expressed "heightened concern" on Friday over more than 800 "influenza-like" cases reported in Mexico, after seven cases of a severe respiratory illness were confirmed in two U.S. border states.

WHO spokesman Gregory Hartl told CBC News on Friday that health officials are dealing with three separate events in Mexico, with most of the 828 cases in and around the capital, Mexico City.

At least 24 cases have been reported in the central region, while four have been reported in the north. The mystery illness has led to at least 20 deaths in the country.

Most of the cases have occurred in healthy young adults, Hartl said.

"Because these cases are not happening in the very old or the very young, which is normal with seasonal influenza, this is an unusual event and a cause for heightened concern," Hartl said in an interview from WHO headquarters in Geneva.

Surveillance for and scrutiny of influenza has been stepped up since 2003, when highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza reappeared in Asia. Experts fear this strain, or another strain, could spark a pandemic that could kill millions.

H5N1 currently only rarely infects people but has killed 257 out of 421 infected in 15 countries since 2003, according to the World Health Organization.

The influenza strain is an H1N1, the same family as one of the seasonal flu viruses now circulating. Now that the normal influenza season is waning, it may be easier to spot cases of the new swine flu, Schuchat said.

Only one of the seven cases was sick enough to be hospitalized and all have recovered, Schuchat said.

"This isn't something that a person could detect at home," she said. The new cases appear to have somewhat more vomiting and diarrhea than is usually seen in flu, which mostly causes coughing, fever, sore throat and muscle aches.

The CDC is asking doctors to think about the possibility of swine flu when patients appear with these symptoms, to take a sample and send it to state health officials or the CDC for testing.

Cox said the CDC is already preparing a vaccine against the new strain, just in case. "This is standard operating procedure," Cox said. The agency will issue daily updates here

Solution? One solution is to gain an understanding of what we are or what we could be, in more detail.

If there are multi-dimensional forces that are screwing with us, but can only do so if we are feeling negative energies like anger, fear etc etc, then just let it go. Let go of the negative energies. Whatever situation we are all in has an ultimate outcome, it can really only go one way or the other. So all you can do as an individual is be the best person you can be, be love or whatever label you wanna put on it and let the chips fall where they may, if it all turns out rosey then woohoo lets have a party, if it doesn't then it doesn't, but you did what you could.

I personally think the solution is internal, no good looking out there for a solution. So if you wake someone up, whether or not they find the solution is really down to them. So the quicker people are made aware, the more time they have to find the solution.

I hate to admit it, but you're partly right. It is fear-mongering at worst.

On the other hand, at least being possibly forwarned to do something, I have been making and drinking my own colloidal silver, and I never would have bothered unless I felt that something's coming. It may or may not save me. I have an extensive garden planted and yielding to feed my family if shit is coming. I have chickens for eggs and stormwater collected in 55 gallon drums for drinking water if necessary. I have a short-wave receiver for when the net goes down (and believe it, it will). I will be able to protect my family from rioters and looters. Bring it on, assholes.

More than 500 concerts, sporting events and other gatherings were cancelled. Schools have been ordered closed in the capital and the states of Mexico and San Luis Potosi until May 6.

In Japan, the biggest international airport stepped up its health surveillance following the swine flu alert, while the Philippines said it may quarantine passengers with fevers who have been to Mexico. Health authorities in Thailand and Hong Kong said they were closely monitoring the situation.
Meanwhile, 10 students who were recently in Mexico have tested positive for influenza, New Zealand's health minister said, adding the cases are "likely" to be swine flu.

If you are unlucky enough to contract this virus i would suggest that you take at least 100 gramms of pure vitamin c powder spread equally over one day... repeat every day until the virus is killed.. I would also suggest putting a few drops of 3% strength food grade hydrogen peroxide in your ear channels every 6 hours.

With a flair worthy of PT Barnum and Edward L Bernays, mainstream media is lately employing a brilliant menage of pseudoscience and well-edited history to concoct a new myth out of thin air: terrorists are about to release smallpox as a bioweapon that could decimate our population. But soft! - our ever-vigilant security forces are ready. Government leaders with degrees in law, not science, have decided to prepare enough vaccine to inoculate every American. And to empower themselves to legislate the vaccine's administration, sanctioned by severe penalties for refusal. [12]

Price tag for the new doses: over $800 million. [28] But what is money when compared with the health and security of the American people?

Answer: it's still money.

Almost every day a new story comes out in the major news Matrix about the coming threat and the vaccine that will save us. In true Edward L Bernays fashion, [13] the features are generally written by the "health correspondent" with the requisite lack of credentials, disregard of history, and the standard formidable barrage of uncited and anonymous sources.

But we are not taken in, not us, because we know that forgetting history, we are destined to repeat it. So let's try something unknown to the meretricious press - let's review the actual history and science of smallpox and apply it to the present.

WHAT WAS SMALLPOX?

Smallpox was an infectious viral disease which was evident for centuries in places with poor sanitation, poverty, and malnutrition. Hundreds of thousands died, and there was no cure. The infectious agent was Orthopox variola. [2] By the end of the 18th century the disease was following the natural course: burning itself out on the human population, confining itself to those with the lowest immune capabilities.

Smallpox was the first disease for which vaccination was tried. It all started with Edward Jenner at the end of the 1700s.

The story that we find in 99% of standard references is that Jenner's vaccine saved the world from the dread smallpox, which had plagued the human race for centuries. Mass inoculation programs were instituted in many countries worldwide, usually backed by the government. The vaccine supposedly immunized people for life. If the legend starts to sound a little whitewashed, there's a reason why. So let's start at the beginning.

EDWARD JENNER

as you may remember, was the English "physician" in the late 1700s who took note of an old superstition that milk-maids who got a mild disease known as cowpox supposedly didn't get smallpox. As an experiment, Jenner came up with the idea of drawing serum from an infected cowpox pustule on the skin of an infected milkmaid. He then injected the infected pus into a perfectly healthy person, on the theory that contact with this "milder" disease would allow the subject to develop immunity to the more deadly smallpox.

Jenner's theory was that this cow-pox is smallpox of the cow. Therefore, if you give a person cow-pox, it is the same as smallpox, only in a very mild form. And it would not be infectious.

And at midnight, the coach would turn back into a pumpkin?

Going even further out on a limb, Jenner himself absolutely declared that it is not that cow-pox is a preventive of smallpox but that it is smallpox itself. (Hadwen)

While Jenner is universally venerated today as mankind's deliverer from the scourge of infectious disease in probably 99% of references, a little different version of Jenner's rise to fame and wealth is summarized in Miller's book Immunizations, p 24. [9] Other sources from Jenner's own contemporaries who were less than enchanted with his idea of variolation appear throughout Anderson's The Facts Against Compulsory Vaccination, [7] the writings of Walter Hadwen, [5] and the very thorough research by Alfred Russell Wallace. [6]

From these writers we can learn a few details that most edited modern drafts of this story omit, such as:

* the utter lack of science underlying Jenner's original claim of immunity from vaccines

* the number of deaths and disfiguring cases his experiments brought to those unsuspecting patients who were unfortunate enough to be talked into trying Jenner's injections during those early years.

Even from the beginning, after inoculating his very first patient - 8 year old James Phipps - Jenner absurdly maintained that his injections were conferring lifetime immunity:

"what renders the cowpox virus so extremely singular is that the person who has been thus affected is for ever after secure from the infection of the smallpox." - Jenner, 1797, cited in H.B. Anderson [7]

REALITY CHECK

Many of Jenner's own contemporaries were shocked at how easily the scientific community was taken in by this auteur. Perusing the work of Walter Hadwen MD, [5] celebrated English surgeon, author, and medical scholar of 100 years ago, we find a version of the Jenner story that is not so set in bronze as most of what we read today. Hadwen points out a few cracks in Jenner's pedestal:

- Jenner was no physician. He never passed a medical exam in his life, completed any course of medical study, or received a diploma from any medical school.

- Jenner bought his medical degree for £15 from St Andrew's College in Scotland, which he never attended (Hume, p 174 [17], also Hadwen [14])
- Jenner "tested" his theory on one patient, and then immediately claimed that he had "immunized" the patient against smallpox for life. Jenner also claimed that the vaccine would work universally. That's it. No controlled clinical trials, no years of research, nothing! One patient.

With no proof whatsoever, and a sample size of one, Jenner tricked the entire medical profession, then and now, into pretending that cowpox was smallpox in cows - a total scientific inaccuracy. And then he sold the idea that his vaccine was the cure. [5, 14]

WHEEL OF FORTUNE

Not long after his "breakthrough," Jenner's repeated petitions to the House of Commons struck gold. It finally dawned on the English government how millions of pounds sterling could be moved around by passing a law making the new smallpox vaccine compulsory. Jenner was promptly awarded the enormous sum of 30,000 by British Parliament and suddenly this uneducated poseur was a revered scientist! (Wallace [6])

TWO DIFFERENT DISEASES

Legitimate scientists of Jenner's day decried the smallpox vaccine from the start. Bechamp, Hadwen, Wallace, and others thought it appalling that the most basic facts concerning the distinction between cowpox and smallpox were simply never discussed. If the original axioms of vaccination were true, how could one disease vector immunize against a completely separate disease? This was the question that was never asked, and is still ignored today.

Watch closely: the two diseases - cowpox and smallpox - are completely distinct conditions. Hadwen explains:

"What is cow-pox? It is a disease which occurs on the teats of cows; it only occurs when they are in milk; only in one part of the body, and naturally only in the female animal; it results in an ugly chancre; and is not infectious.

Small-pox, on the other hand, is not limited to the female sex as is cow-pox, nor to one portion of the body; it presents different physical signs, and, furthermore, is tremendously infectious, and the course and symptoms of the two diseases are totally different. Therefore there is no analogy between the two." [5]

Hadwen wrote this 100 years ago, but his objections are still valid. Doing a taxonomic check today in a standard index of viruses from a National Institutes of Health database [21] readily points out that cowpox is caused by a virus called Orthopox vaccinia and smallpox is caused by a virus called Orthopox variola. These two viruses have different sizes, genetic sequences, and characteristics. To pretend that cows get a version of smallpox called cowpox is bizarre enough - but then to say that people who get the same disease are immune to smallpox is simply fantasy.

How scientific was it to transfer diseases back and forth between humans and animals in the preparation and administration of vaccines? Real scientists were shocked at such a practice. But their views were suppressed. We'll see this sloppy science emerge again with polio vaccine and the invention of HIV. (Horowitz)

HOW WAS THE SMALLPOX VACCINE MADE?

From an original monograph by Dr Walter Hadwen, here is an account of how smallpox vaccine was first made:

1. A 3 month old calf was tied down on its side.
2. 30 - 50 one inch incisions were made in its stomach
3. Smallpox pus rubbed into each incision
4. Calf is returned to its pen, restrained so as to be unable to lick the sores
5. Wait one week.
6. Smallpox pustules form
7. Calf strapped down again
8. Encrusted pus is scraped off each sore and the remaining blood, lymph, and pus is then drained out.
9. It is placed in a crucible and heated, adding glycerine as a binder
10. Mixed and strained to remove hair and dead flesh.
11. Poured into tubes as sold as pure calf lymph - or smallpox vaccine.

Very scientific. This formula was used for decades, even up to modern times, continuing with Dryvax in 1944. [34] The new smallpox vaccines are still made from this 'purified calf lymph' but with one modern twist: the post 9/11 vaccine is now cultured on the cells of an aborted human fetus. [35].

The majority of historical references found in mainstream sources have loudly proclaimed the safety and effectiveness of the smallpox vaccine. This erroneous general perception continues today. From a current MSN Encarta document:

"Cowpox, contagious viral disease of cows characterized by pustular eruptions, especially on the udders and teats. Cowpox can be transmitted to humans by direct contact. Persons infected with cowpox become immune to smallpox, a similar but more serious disease. This immunity was discovered by the British physician Edward Jenner, who used cowpox virus to inoculate patients against smallpox."

Likewise from The Columbia Encyclopedia, Sixth Edition. 2001: [20]

cowpox:
"...infectious disease of cows caused by a virus related to the virus of smallpox. Also called variola, it is characterized by pustular lesions on the teats and udder. Cowpox is transmitted by contact, inducing a mild infection of the hands in persons who milk infected cows. The fact that such persons had immunity to smallpox led Edward Jenner to attempt vaccination with this virus, instead of using the dangerous method of vaccinating with material from the sores of smallpox. Jenner's method was successful and is the basis of the modern vaccination against smallpox."

DID THE ORIGINAL VACCINE WORK?

By 1853, Parliament began passing laws to make the untested vaccine compulsory throughout the British empire. Other countries of Europe followed suit.

Once the economic implications of compulsory vaccinations were realized, few dared to disagree. Then as now, the media were controlled by the vaccine manufacturers and the government, who stood to make huge money from the sale of these spurious vaccines. Hadwen put it like this:

"... so strong is the effect of authority, custom, and endowment, and so prone are people to save themselves the trouble of personal investigation by the simple process of accepting the decisions of "the majority" ... When once an error is accepted by a profession corporately and endowed by Government, to uproot it becomes a herculean task." [14]

And this is how mass immunizations get started. Once the money machine started rolling, doctors who questioned the research were ignored. Despite the lack of scientific validation and hundreds of thousands of documented vaccine deaths, compulsory smallpox vaccination lasted for 120 years! The US was the last holdout, finally giving it up in 1971.

PRUSSIAN ROULETTE

Hadwen provides a rare window into the medical research of a century ago, one that has not received the usual whitewash. He tells the amazing story about Prussia, the most vaccinated country in Europe during the 1800s - also the country which kept the best records. Hadwen had access to these medical records before the media had the sense to suppress them. Here's what they showed:

It happened that Prussia passed a mandatory vaccination law in 1834 for smallpox. The law provided that every infant be vaccinated, and then revaccinated when starting school. After graduation the child had to be vaccinated again, and then once more upon entering the Army! And all healthy males had to go into the Army. Anyone who refused the vaccination was to be "held down and vaccinated by force; and so thoroughly was it done that he was vaccinated in ten places on each arm." [14]

OK, so we get the idea that almost 100% of Prussians got Jenner's smallpox vaccine. So what happened in Prussia 35 years after this vaccination law? A smallpox epidemic which killed "124,978 of her vaccinated and re-vaccinated citizens after thirty-five years of compulsory vaccination!" [14]

LICENCE TO KILL

How about England?

A compulsory "immunization" program was set up in England in 1853 using Jenner's methods. (McBean p.13) [8] Before that time, the highest number of deaths in a 2 year period in England from smallpox was about 2000. Results of this "immunization":

In response, in 1867 Parliament enacted a stricter vaccination law, and 97% of the people were inoculated. Result:

Alfred Russell Wallace offers abundant proof how vaccine statistics were manipulated in England during the 1800s - the who and the why of it. After a thorough presentation charting actual deaths throughout the UK and the Continent from smallpox and from the vaccine, Wallace concludes that smallpox vaccine

"...has actually increased susceptibility to the disease. ... the conclusion is in every case the same: that vaccination is a gigantic delusion; that it has never saved a single life; but that it has been the cause of so much disease, so many deaths, such a vast amount of utterly needless and altogether undeserved suffering, that it will be classed by the coming generation among the greatest errors of an ignorant and prejudiced age, and its penal enforcement the foulest blot on the generally beneficent course of legislation during our century."

- Alfred R. Wallace, Chapter VI 1898 [6]

SLOW LEARNERS

What most people don't know is that just after the US began vaccinating for smallpox (1902) England stopped. By 1907 England finally got the message: no more compulsory smallpox vaccination. Holland, same thing in 1928. Australia - 1925 (Anderson, p 10) [7]

How long did it take the US to figure out that the smallpox vaccine not only didn't work, but was dangerous and often fatal as well? We finally stopped vaccinating in 1971, the last holdout in the world.

The low ebb of the infectious diseases arrived in the 1970s. From 1950 to 1970, zero cases of smallpox were reported in the U.S. After several years passed, however, there are now a few cases of smallpox, but they only occur among the ranks of the vaccinated! (Scheibner) [23]

What's important to notice is that smallpox vaccination in the U.S. persisted another 30 years after the disease was at an incidence of practically zero. Again, the only source of death from smallpox in the U.S. for 30 years was from the vaccine itself. (Mendelsohn, p 232, World Book, 1994) [24, 25]

Even though smallpox vaccination became mandatory in the US after 1902, what is less commonly known is that by 1929, all states but nine no longer made it compulsory. Reason: too many deaths and complications. (H.B. Anderson, p 2) [7]

Today smallpox occurs nowhere in nature.

DISSENTING VOICES

Other physicians of the smallpox era were not that impressed with the vaccine. William Howard Hay MD, at an address he gave on 25 June 1937, remarked:

"Of all the insane things we have advocated in medicine - that is one of the most insane, to insist on the vaccination of children or anyone else for the prevention of smallpox, when as a matter of fact, we are not able to prove that vaccination saved one man from smallpox." [26]

PHILIPPINE FIASCO

After WWI, there was a lot of surplus smallpox vaccine that didn't get used. So we looked to another market we could control. When the U.S. mandated a mass smallpox vaccination program in the Philippines in 1917, some 25 million shots were given to those people. 163,000 Filipinos came down with the disease after the vaccination, and 75,339 Filipinos died from it, quadrupling the death rate prior to the inoculation program. That's way more than the total number of Americans who died in the entire Vietnam war! American "immunization" of its Philippine territory caused several horrific epidemics there that didn't quite make the six o'clock news. (Anderson, p 69 W.H.Hay, also James, p 410) [7, 26, 27]

FAIRY TALES CAN COME TRUE

To sum up, what Jenner did was to take an old superstition of Gloucester dairymaids and pander it into a fortune for himself and the English government by the most ridiculous "scientific" posturing.

THE NEW SMALLPOX MARKET

Bringing the discussion into the present, post-9/11 politics has created marketing niches like the world has never seen.

In classic Edward L Bernays style, the illusion of a smallpox threat has been created - an $800 million illusion. [Appleby) [28] With no proof whatsoever, the scripted media daily barrages the unlettered public with likely scenarios of Muslim terrorists unleashing weaponized smallpox into metropolitan areas, supposedly resulting in epidemics of smallpox spreading like wildfire through an unvaccinated population, etc.

In an eerie replay of the social politics of 200 years ago, scientific fact is brushed aside and we are distracted from the lessons of our own history, as though these events never took place:

- smallpox disappeared worldwide in 1977

- the only deaths from smallpox since 1970 have been from the vaccine

- smallpox vaccine killed thousands in England, France, Prussia, and the Philippines

- the sham premise of Jenner is still widely held

- smallpox vaccine historically has killed the most people of any vaccine ever invented

- the vaccine is for a completely different disease - a disease of cows

- the vaccine does not confer immunity to smallpox

- the reason that our country and every other country in the world stopped vaccinating was that the vaccine not only did not work, but was causing the disease and other pathological and fatal side effects

- no biological viral or bacterial agent has ever been deployed as a weapon, either by a country of by an individual.

A few other small details that should not be missed: there is no proof that any 'terrorists' have weaponized smallpox or are preparing to use it anywhere in the world at this time. It's all conjecture.

Despite all this, the FDA, CDC, Office of Home Security, plus many of the brave new 'defensive' offices which have recently emerged at the trough, decided that a few companies should start producing enough vaccine to give all 280 million Americans 'protection.' [29] The companies include: Aventis in France, Acambis in England, and Wyeth in the US. The working sales slogan was that we only had 15 million doses and we need another 255.

So the circus is on. The companies are pretending to be racing against the clock. It makes great press because the story provides both criteria for a successful media issue: fear and uncertainty.

THE NO-SOLUTION SOLUTION

Awash in media overload with respect to the new smallpox vaccine as the solution to the vague, ill-defined, unfounded bioterrorist "threat," we should try to remember a few facts based in physical reality:

- the entire program is predicated upon a premise that is scientifically unproven: namely that one dose of the new vaccine would confer lasting immunity... to anything.

- hundreds would die or suffer permanent injury from this 'protective' measure

- illustrative of the mentality of our decision makers is a comment in a 25 Apr 02 New England Journal of Medicine editorial, [3] whereby the author tries to comfort us by surmising that mass smallpox vaccination today would "only" kill 180 people, which is the same number who die on our highways every day and a half, he trivializes. (Bicknell) Such a ludicrous statement in our best medical journal makes the colossal assumption that those who did not die would be immune by virtue of the vaccination, a fact which cannot be proven. Perhaps this is why even such an irresponsible author as this recommends voluntary smallpox vaccinations to be available to anyone who wants them - a magnanimous offer indeed. This same genius later upped his death estimate when he was quoted in the 23 Sept 02 New York Times, citing 500 deaths which would result from mass smallpox vaccination. [32]

- the original vaccine claimed to confer immunity to the natural disease. Bioterrorist smallpox would be an entirely different strain, being weaponized. So there could be no testing that could prove effectiveness or the wisdom of mass injecting this most dangerous vaccine

- Acambis is in England. Aventis is in France. Yet England and France are not gearing up for mass smallpox vaccination. Why not? Because the only market in the world is here in the US. Because the threat is a perceived threat, created by US media.

- with the ridiculous story on 27 Mar 02 (Washington Post [30]) that suddenly Aventis had "discovered" 70 to 90 million 'forgotten' doses of smallpox vaccine in one of their freezers, a few questions come to mind: Is it 70 or is it 90? 20 million doses is a lot to overlook. And isn't it odd that the company who has been given a $400 million contract that they couldn't possible meet in the one year time frame suddenly discovers these lost doses in one of its own freezers? And with no clinical trials whatsoever glibly postulates that the doses can be 'diluted' down five or ten times, which coincidentally takes the pressure off production deadlines? The mind boggles at this serendipitous synchronicity.

And why doesn't this French company want the valuable vaccine for the French? How altruistic of them to sacrifice their own national safety, and put their old buds the Americans first. This virgin looks somewhat pregnant, n'est-ce pas?

MOST AMERICANS CAN'T RECEIVE SMALLPOX VACCINE

A major blow to the best laid plans of the New Vaccinators came on 10 Sept 02 with the Reuters article [1] about the CDC announcing how the new smallpox vaccine is not to be recommended for:

- HIV people
- anyone on immunosuppressive drugs
- anyone with eczema

The television variety show "Make Me Laugh" filled its seats with cardboard cutouts bearing broad smiles on their faces. Somehow the jokes were still greeted with laughter and applause.

Most of those who died sought medical help only after the disease was well advanced, Mexico City Health Secretary Armando Ahued said. By Sunday, throngs of Mexicans were rushing to hospitals, some with just a fever.

"We don't know if it's the flu or not, but we're very worried," said Sergio Zunun, a 59-year-old merchant, waiting outside the Obregon Hospital for his brother, a police officer, who complained of a respiratory infection.

Others complained they had symptoms but couldn't find a doctor to see them. Jose Isaac Cepeda, who has had fever, diarrhea and joint pains since Friday, said he was turned away from two hospitals — the first because he isn't registered in the public health system, and the second "because they say they're too busy."

"No one anywhere is helping us," lamented his wife, Maria del Mar Perez. "What can we do? We don't have insurance. We don't have money to go to a private hospital."

China issues notice on swine flu prevention

BEIJING -- In light of an outbreak of swine flu in Mexico, China's Ministry of Health issued a notice Sunday about disease prevention and detection, warning citizens to be careful.

The notice defines the symptoms of the disease and how it can be transmitted to humans.

Although there is no vaccine yet, the disease is preventable, controllable and treatable, it said.

As of Monday morning, no cases of the illness had been reported in China.


The ministry said so far, there is no evidence that this flu could be spread through food.

It also warned those who travel abroad to be alert for any signs of infection.

Swine influenza A/H1N1 is a respiratory disease that infects pigs and does not normally infect humans. But sporadic cases do occur, usually for people who have had close contact with pigs.

It has killed more than 60 people out of about 1,000 suspected cases in Mexico.

China's General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued an emergency notice Saturday requiring people to report flu-like symptoms at the point of entry when returning from affected regions.

Jamaica's ports on alert against Swine Flu - Spencer

The island's ports of entry have been put on alert for travellers arriving from Mexico, the US and Canada where human cases of Swine Flu have been confirmed, Health Minister Rudyard Spencer said yesterday.

"We have put the airport on alert and we are working in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism to ensure that infected persons do not enter our borders," Spencer told the Observer.

He said he would be meeting with health officials at the ministry today to assess the situation and decide if the alert is to be heightened. The ministry is expected to issue a statement following that meeting.

The North American cases of the human Swine Flu Virus reported so far have been spread by human to human contact. Its symptoms are similar to the Influenza Virus and include high fever, aches, coughing and congestion.

The Department of Homeland Security said it would release a quarter of the 50 million units of antiviral medicine it has on reserves to the affected stage and the White House has reported that the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention has begun the process of manufacturing a vaccine against the virus.

‘Accidental’ Contamination Of Vaccine With Live Avian Flu Virus Virtually Impossible

Czech newspapers are questioning if the shocking discovery of vaccines contaminated with the deadly avian flu virus which were distributed to 18 countries by the American company Baxter were part of a conspiracy to provoke a pandemic.

The claim holds weight because, according to the very laboratory protocols that are routine for vaccine makers, mixing a live virus biological weapon with vaccine material by accident is virtually impossible.

“The company that released contaminated flu virus material from a plant in Austria confirmed Friday that the experimental product contained live H5N1 avian flu viruses,” reports the Canadian Press (http://www.torontosun.com/news/canada/2009/02/27/8560781.html).

Baxter flu vaccines contaminated with H5N1 - otherwise known as the human form of avian flu, one of the most deadly biological weapons on earth with a 60% kill rate - were received by labs in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Slovenia.

Initially, Baxter attempted to stonewall questions by invoking “trade secrets” and refused to reveal how the vaccines were contaminated with H5N1. After increased pressure they then claimed that pure H5N1 batches were sent by accident. This was seemingly an attempt to quickly change the story and hide the fact that the accidental contamination of a vaccine with a deadly biological agent like avian flu is virtually impossible and the only way it could have happened was by wilful gross criminal negligence.

According to a compiled translation from Czech newspaper stories, the media over there is asking tough questions about whether the contamination was part of a deliberate attempt to start a pandemic.

“Was this just a criminal negligence or it was an attempt to provoke pandemia using vaccination against flu to spread the disease - as happened with the anti-B hepatitis vaccination with vaccines containing the HIV virus in US? - and then cash for the vaccines against H5N1 which Baxter develops? How could on Earth a virus as H5N1 come to the ordinary flu vaccines? Don’t they follow even basic precautions in the american pharma companies?” states the translation (http://www.911blogger.com/node/19517).

The fact that Baxter mixed the deadly H5N1 virus with a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses is the smoking gun. The H5N1 virus on its own has killed hundreds of people, but it is less airborne and more restricted in the ease with which it can spread. However, when combined with seasonal flu viruses, which as everyone knows are super-airborne and easily spread, the effect is a potent, super-airbone, super deadly biological weapon.

As the Canadian Press article explains, “While H5N1 doesn’t easily infect people, H3N2 viruses do. If someone exposed to a mixture of the two had been simultaneously infected with both strains, he or she could have served as an incubator for a hybrid virus able to transmit easily to and among people.”

There can be little doubt therefore that this was a deliberate attempt to weaponize the H5N1 virus to its most potent extreme and distribute it via conventional flu vaccines to the population who would then infect others to a devastating degree as the disease went airborne.

The Canadian Press article states, “That mixing process, called reassortment, is one of two ways pandemic viruses are created,” but then claims that there is no evidence that this is what Baxter were doing, despite there being no clear explanation as to why Baxter has samples of the live avian flu virus on its premises in the first place.

However, to reiterate, the key aspect of this story is that it is virtually impossible for live avian flu virus to find its way into a vaccine by “accident”.

Because Baxter International adheres to something called BSL3 (Biosafety Level 3) - a set of laboratory safety protocols that prevent the cross-contamination of materials.”

“Laboratory personnel have specific training in handling pathogenic and potentially lethal agents, and are supervised by competent scientists who are experienced in working with these agents. The laboratory has special engineering and design features.”

Under the BSL3 code of conduct, it is impossible for live avian flu viruses to contaminate production vaccine materials that are shipped out to vendors around the world.

This leaves only two possibilities that explain these events:

Possibility #1: Baxter isn’t following BSL3 safety guidelines or is so sloppy in following them that it can make monumental mistakes that threaten the safety of the entire human race. And if that’s the case, then why are we injecting our children with vaccines made from Baxter’s materials?

Possibility #2: A rogue employee (or an evil plot from the top management) is present at Baxter, whereby live avian flu viruses were intentionally placed into the vaccine materials in the hope that such materials might be injected into humans and set off a global bird flu pandemic.

Spreading bird flu would create an instantaneous surge of demand for bird flu vaccines. The profits that vaccine companies such as Baxter International could reap out of such a panic are astronomical.

I suspect it could be another 'beta test'. See how the virus spreads, watch how the public react, while at the same time, getting us used to dealing with these virus outbreaks. If they do this a couple of times, by the time the bird flu comes out, people will be fully trained to go take their vaccinations on their lunch breaks and so on.
Makes sense to me, although i may be wrong.

Thats a good theory and crossed my mind too....but looking at how the MSM is hyping up the fear factor and putting it into peoples heads..they may deem this too good an opportunity to pass up
