Can i claim my surface water charge back from previous years?.Because they YW say no due to it stating on the back of the bill you may be entitled to a rebate.

It use to be wrote on the front of the bill.

you don't get bills from Yorkshire water or any other water company if it was a bill it would have a value ,it is infact a statement of account and not a bill
