'lo everyone!
I'm new to Mr. Icke and all his work, but cannot wait to dive in head first!
Well... I was sitting on my back porch last night running all the things I'd recently learned threw my head when I had a rather chilling thought.
H.G. Wells wrote the infamous 'New World Order' and also 'Time Machine'... now this is just a thought I had and thought I would share it with fellow free thinkers... ;)
Wasn't one of the premises of Time Machine people living on the surface in almost an invisable prison being fed on by scary things under ground? :O
Again, it's just a thought but it gaves me chills...

Yes, the surface people were the Eloi and they were the "cattle" of the subterranean Morlocks.
Stories with similar themes have also been written by other writers like Edgar Rice Burroughs, Jules Verne, etc.

Yes exactly!!!....... very much like a lot of people around today....... there was a lot of similarities in the film to the reptilian thing especially with the reptilian's craving the blonde hair and the blue eyes.......

I need to read 1984 soon. But I am curious...did the sheeple in that book end up doing anything to "wake up" and revolt? If so, what was it? Maybe we can take a lesson from it.

Thats really great of you Pumma that book is almost a necessity for one to really imagine what a Orwellian fascist future would look like... not to mention is quite excellent for expanding ones brain case! ;)

Our hero is proven wrong in his assumption that his mind was the only thing they couldn't have. It's pretty sad.

Yes, do read 1984 it is a fantastically well-written book... not even to mention its startling accuracy to today's events.
I've got the movie on my computer, or a link to its download, if anyone is interested. just PM me.
The movie is pretty spot-on to the book.. but as always, the book is better :)

Yeah it's a very depressing book...
Earlier this year, or maybe last year, I was discussing the themes of the book, and how the world could be heading in the direction of a totalitarian world government. It didn't occur to me (or anyone else) that this could really be happening, because of 'free speech', 'free media' and the freedom of the internet.

I recommend reading 'Childhoods End' by Arthur C Clarke. Yes I know he's one of them.
I just heard an Alan Watt audioclip and he mentions this, but lost the thread, and he mis-represented the plot somewhat if I remember it correctly.
Its about an appearance of Alien might, so massive that opposition would be impossible. They act as Caretakers to humanity until....
Anything else would spoil the plot. One of the few books I've read more than once.
