You can see in the above pic that there are more grid lines east-north-east of the original grids that made the news. They are perfect squares.

Then I went for a scroll and I found this in the middle of the Atlantic ridge:

I wonder what they're hiding? The below pic will give you a better perspective of where it is:

About Atlantis/google Earth, it suddenly occured to me why they said those grid patterns were probably waves caused by ships- next time google Earth update their images they will have an excuse for those "waves" not being there anymore, as waves eventually stop.

There are more grid like patterns east-north-east of the grid pattern that they mention (directly south-west of the Madiera island). Boats would have had to have been there too. If those grids are still there next time google update, it would make their story even stranger! So lets see...
