Hey..we have rain here at the moment, very unseasonal for us at this time of the year (we have had chemies & scalar). Whilst observing the weather radar I saw something that I have noticed before on the Wagga experiment. The area directly surrounding the weather radar station never has any rain fall on it, as per the pics below. (BTW the weather radar is on the center of the cross hairs)

Screen capture of weather radar taken today

Notice the circle with no rainfall around the cross hairs/radar location.

When the rain fell at Wagga I noticed the same thing. The rainfall data at Wagga is collected at the same site as the radar is located, there was good rainfall in Wagga itself, but very little recorded at the radar station. http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showpost.php?p=20243&postcount=15

Radar tower (pic taken from BOM site Oz - notice the odd scalar clouds above the tower)

Makes you wonder what's going on, does the radar effect rainfall? Is scalar being beamed from the radar station? smells a bit fishy to me.

Here's another screen capture of a different radar station, same circle with no rain
