The police in our area, have been using this device that emitts a high pitched sound, but you can't hear the sound if you're over 25!
It's used to disperse groups of youths.
I don't know if it's the same across the UK, but they have vans which drive around recording anyone they want to on mobile cctv cameras.

How does that work then and what is the difference in hearing between a 24 year old and say a 30 year old? surely it cant be that exact as we have different biological ages. Just curious.

i don't know yellow, the story was in a local newspaper, it didn't go into why people under 25 could hear the sound and those older can't.

I read a couple of years ago, that as we age, our high-frequency hearing deteriorates. Not so much that you would notice as a 30-year old, but you notice older folks need hearing aids a lot more often than young people.

It's interesting that they're now using this type of thing. Makes me wonder what's gonna be next... they'll have those heat rays out soon!!

Is it that mosquito tone the kids have on their mobiles so they can use them in class without the teachers hearing it?
If so, I can hear it in my left ear (I'm 43) and its an awful sound.

yeah your hearing does narrow down as you get older but its also subjective from person to person aswell, if youve been at enough gigs thatve been loud enough to permanently squeeze ur range of audible frequencies theres a chance you can miss out hearing that tone before ur 25

That’s a strange one, soundthief sums it up really 20 herz to 20,000 herz/20kHz that’s low end to high end, and its extremely subjective, most kids constantly blast their hearing constantly with cheap headphones attached to mp3 players, this I guess is going to harm hearing, damage the high frequencies maybe, think about all those kids eating disco biscuits and climbing inside the bass bins at Raves, hearing is going to get damaged their also :)
Can’t see how this works to be honest, unless they have found the vibration frequencies of the youth.
the youngens probably have worse hearing

We used to get a clip around the ear or the local copper would bend our ear and tell us to move on for being in a public park. It was bad enough back then, you could be arrested on susspicion without actually doing anything wrong.
The police now have the power to move on anyone gathering in a group of more than two people, in certain areas. If the persons being moved on return to the same place in less than 24 or 48 hours(not sure how long) They can be arrested! facist dicatorship as Icke says.

First, I really want to experience one of these sound emitters... I am 40 next week
Secondly, they are using video cams in 99% of police, dvla and tv licensing (I think) vans. nothing to stop us from doing the same though.

Your post made me think again of the way people (not just kids) have recently turned into these cellular entities, lost in their own world with their headphones on, not interacting with eachother - almost desensitizing them to the normal stimuli. Plus also making it easier, maybe, for MC manipulation & whatever other shit they wanna throw at us...:(

I may sound like a paranoid so and so maybe I am. I used to have feelings like bad vibes coming from other people, sometimes I thought it was my imagination as friends or family would say that's all it was(thought I was going crazy) I would get called antisocial I just couldn't be around certain people and places because the negative vibrations felt so bad. I've had Doctors tell me I have social anxiety etc which was years ago.
I thought someone was using black magic curses on me, not easy to prove. Then I could feel vibes in the shop or walking down the road, or where ever... looked around and I could see someone giving me the evil eye, all this was bad enough and I still get it from time to time. Even when theres no people around!
With all the brotherhoods psychotronic warefare devices in use these days, no wonder I get paranoid, but it's more than that I trust my gut feelings and instincts which usually turn out to be accurate.

Vibrational frequency can definitively alter awareness and feeling for sure, each part of our body can vibrate and be either stimulated or agitated depending on Frequency, their is a low frequency that can stir the odd bowel movement, all our body parts will have their own vibration frequency, I'm quite sure someone tried to create a subsonic sound cannon but at the time they couldn't focus the frequency's because subsonic low sounds are omni directional, targeting an age group i still can't imagine how but sound as a whole can definitively change peoples perception if targeted correctly, theirs plenty of sound therapy been done, nice mellow tones etc to carm and god knows what else they can do now especially with Doppler imaging. :eek:
