something just crossed my mind today in relation to HAARP.
i think that there is a relationship between some political events that do not fit American agenda and use of HAARP.

but, was the real target Iran?
since people are not buying necessity for invasion of Iran -- why not use
America's secret weapon -- HAARP?
now, remember how something like 11,000 French people died a few years back?
Wasn't that after France decided not to support Bush's invasion of Iraq?

Here's an interesting little tid bit. Isaac Bonewits was the first person to recieve a degree in magic. He developed a thesis and proved it at Berkley. In his thesis, which is now called, Real Magic, he considers a magic machine. He says that when we can build an attenna array large enough and have a translation device we could build a machine that reads thoughts and sends out thoughts of its own. This was 25 years before the creation of HAARP. Most people don't know that the USA Today reported that Milosevic accused the US of using HAARP technologies to create earthquakes and floods in the middle east. It was right there on the front page back in '98. I have a TV show in Austin and created a documentary on HAARP that won me the ACTV awards. After NATO stopped bombing Yugoslavia there were a large quake and a major flood.
This was likely HAARP in action.
Ironically, Yugoslavia was home country of Nikola Tesla, original inventor of HAARP technology.
So, i think that owners of the HAARP are using this weapon against weaker nations that do not have such technology, but i am also sure that they were and still are using it against their own citizens, like they did in New Orleans.
I am sure there is lot more of that.
