Some people speak of HAARP as if it were only Alaska.
I reckon that HAARP type equipment is pretty much everywhere.
Here is some information about one of the official European HAARP projects in Sweden. If you look at the map of Sweden, you'll see that the HAARP installations are spread across a massive area. :(
