ANCHOR:
And in Mexico, archaeologists have discovered a maze of stone temples and underground caves, which the Mayans believed was a portal to the underworld. You may want to turn on the lights and find a comforting stuffed animal before watching this. Here's more:

Xibalba - the place of fear - believed by Mayans, long ago, to be the
entrance to the underworld, ruled by the spirits of disease and death.
Mexican archeologists have discovered a maze of stone temples in underwater caverns - a new candidate for the home of the Xibalba myth.
At this site in the Yucatan peninsula, there are the ruins of eleven
temples, many dry chambers linked by a 100-metre underground road which contain what may be human bones - possibly the remains of sacrifices.
For the Mexican researchers, it's an exciting find:
[Guillermo de Anda, Archeologist]:
"As in all Mayan caves, this one contains archeological material that
can provide us with a lot of information about Cenote culture and the caves in general. This place is an important place because we have found two very elaborate temples built here inside the cave which are very difficult to get to."
The Mayans built soaring pyramids and elaborate palaces in Central America and southern Mexico before mysteriously abandoning their cities around 900 A.D.

Thanks for the info, thats fascinating :) It must have taken years to build going by what it says below.:D
Saturno said the discovery of the temples underwater indicates the significant effort the Maya put into creating these portals.
In addition to plunging deep into the forest to reach the cave openings, Maya builders would have had to hold their breath and dive underwater to build some of the shrines and pyramids.

Were these sites under water when they were built?

If we stick to the given dogma, yes
but IMV the waters had not risen so high yet
so it was still dry land when the carvig was done

Yep I agree, plus the fact its mainstream! Watched a docu a while ago with divers going into underground Maya caves and they explained that the waters would have been now where near as high as they are today so would have been land. (sorry there should have been a :D, I'll edit ;))

Everyone still remember the story from 2004 about the 6 "tourists without visas" , who also all happened to be SAS-members, that were found in a cave by mexican authorities and then refused to come out.

Thanks jennf
when I see these and the ones in the Megalith thread
a deep part of me wants to go there NOW
I have to see all of this as the onging awakening of
Ancient collective memories
as we remember who we were before the ZEUS YAWEH
destruction of all FEMININE DIVINE ca 12,500 years ago
we will accept that we are STILL those people
AND STILL HAVE OUR MAGICK
and THATS why tptb have forced us under terror to forget
our glorious past when we built great civilizations and didnt
NEED wars
tptb cant take away our Magick
they can only terrorize us into believing we never had any
remembering our MAGICK is the key to lifting the net of
forgetfulness covering OUR planet
as Earth moves deeper into the PHOTON BAND
the Ancient abilities will grow stronger for all people
It is our MAGICK that will free enough of us to reach
the needed hundredth monkey level
IMV we will get to keep this net but sen sur shep
will get tighter
tptb learn so much about us by sp ieing on net
so we need all those people who know tech to set up
communications so we can still share info as we wil need
at least for the next ten to twenty years.
and learn AGAIN as we did for millions of years
to TELEPATH
its the NATURAL WAY
tptb are already using it
we MUST catch up
I am so far from NATURE now
my Soul craves going back to the mountains
any Americans here interested in homesteading
PM me.
cant telepath YET !:D
