BRAZILLIAN superstar Kaká has called off a move to Manchester after his agent finally said the word 'city'.
The AC Milan striker was furious claiming he had been duped into believing he was going to sign for a proper football team that had won a major trophy since he was born.
Kaká said last night: "My agent called last week and said that Manchester were interested in me. I was so excited at the thought of all those great players, the traditions, the best coach in the world, and of course Gemma Atkinson's magnificent charlies.
"I packed an overnight bag and we went to the airport, but as we were walking through the terminal my agent turned to me and said 'oh, in case I didn't mention, it's Manchester City.
"I stopped dead in my tracks and said, 'are you having a laugh? Seriously, is this some big fucking joke?'.
"He said to me, 'don't worry, they're a really big club with loads of money. And then there's Mark Hughes'.
"I said, 'I already play for a really big club, I've got loads of money and what, in the name of God, is a 'Mark Hughes'?'"
He added: "I walked away shouting, 'go and get me a proper deal from a proper English club that does not include the word 'city'. No Hulls, no Birminghams, and no fucking Stokes!'"
Manchester City said last night they still hoped to complete the deal if they can persuade Cristiano Ronaldo to sign for the club and act as Kaká's butler.

He belongs to Man City now. :D
Be delighted if he goes and lets Man Utd know what a football team is. Time for their downfall.

Football has officially become ridiculous.
I still love the game but they're ripping the soul out of it every minute. It won't be able to sustain itself at this level.

Kaka and Robinho won't bring them glory that quick. They need strong players in defence aswell.
It doesn't matter much for Kaka, he already has money and won all there is to win (champions league, world cup, individual prices, championship etc..).
It's a publicity stunt.

Football is a big joke.
It's the same top four every year. Every few years, a billionaire will come in and a team will challenge the establishment, before they eventually fall.
Players earn more in a week than most people earn in a lifetime; the ticket prices are a joke; the atmospheres are shit; smaller clubs have no chance of achieving anything significant.

How about if some of the most wealthy people in the world started taking over a division 1/2 club? Yes, unlikely to happen soon, but if most of the wealthy ones take the top clubs, not much choice left.
Having all that money does not mean they will dominate, even if they have the best players. Tops teams like Arsenal who do not always go out and spend vast sums like the others are normally in contention year after year.
Money does help, but football is there to be won by any team. The cup is a great example of this.
Dont agree with the atmosphere being rubbish. Some select cases, yes.
I guess the reason footballers earn so much (with the exlusion of mega-rich owners) is the type of business football is, and it is a business.
People want to go see top players or even their local side playing and are willing to pay these amounts. If fans stopped paying to see matches, football would be very different. There is a demand for watching a big joke that has lost its soul.

1: That won't happen. There isn't a market in the lower leagues. There is no attraction for overseas investors.
2: The cup is far different from a long campaign. Arsenal, apart from their close shave last season, often struggle to maintain 4th.
3: I beg to differ. I've been to many football games over the past few years and the atmosphere has significantly diminshed.
4: That's the problem. Fans complain about the state of the game but they continue to pay laughable amounts of money to see a few ponces kick a bag of wind about. There is a demand to see football because people have nothing else in their life. Going to the football every week enables them to escape from their harsh reality. It is the only 'pleasure' they get.
Most people actually feel as if they're on the pitch themselves. The likes of Bolton, Wigan and Fulham can't compete with a brand like United, because most people want to be a part of something successful. Instead of being seen as a fan, you're now a customer paying to watch a product.

I think the deal will go threw football has got out of control and with manchester city now the richest club in the world there's not much anyone can do. Oil money is the kind others can't say no to, even silvio berlusconi the AC milan owner and italy's president (and high ranking freemason)
Man united built their 'brand' when the premire leauge started in 1992 with all the new money that came into the game, untill then they were not a big club who could attract the top players. So with this city money it will be very interseting to see who says No to them, i doubt any will to be honest because money talks. It will be there down fall if city do buy kaka because there crap everywhere else.
With silvio berlusconi as AC milans owner i can't see the deal not going through.

i used to be a fan of ac milan, but when started digging the rabbit hole, realized that its all crap
a man is president of a club and prime minister of the country, and P2 lodge mason bullshit ...not a lot of sport in these info :)
and oil money serves the agenda, countris that are exploited remain totally f* up but some boys are running for bunch of millions hour and a half...nice
