Yes it is all about energy and emotions. If we let fear get thew better of us then it affects us not only emotionally, but ultimately physically. The PTB wants us in this positions this is why they create wars and the media is a useful tool to push that onto the masses.

in the world out there we have such a small palette of emotions to feel/express and some prefer just to shut them down. and it's quite difficult just to feel happy, love for no reason, all of this is what we are led to believe. been miserable/down is the prevailing mood.

Yes I've done this before. Walked down the street and just smiled at someone, but consciously thought about it first. This was in a big city and they smiled back.

i think others have said that the higher feelings/emotion actually trigger 'junk-dna'.

what i'm into at present is spinning feelings. this is a loop of about 1m having good feelings spin up through my solar plexus out through my head in a loop and back in to the solar plexus and this extends out about a 1 meter.
