I was wondering can you still use you strawman after serving your NOU/COR,
also what about health care, in ireland it's free, i'm wondering if you can still avail of this benifit, or do you loose all "privilege's" when you serve your NOU/COR

just found this while looking up the irish criminal code

http://one-ireland.org/code_criminal/article_0150.htm

Article 15-The constitutional needs of individuals
15.1 Human needs
It is fundamental to an enlightened society to understand the needs of human beings as being more than just economic, or spiritual alone. It is the correct mix and understanding of the following needs that best provides the framework for enlightened societies.

Food and water

All human beings require adequate food and water. These should always be considered as rights.

Education

All human beings require access to positive knowledge in all its forms to help promote the individual to their full potential.

Rest

All human beings physically require periods of at least five to seven hours rest each and every day.

Work

Work is defined as the actions of a human to create some kind of good and service for others so that they can receive the goods and services they need.

All adult humans need useful and meaningful work.

There is no law in the Universe that says life has to be hard.

There is no law in the universe that says humans should work all their adult lives.

Recreation

Recreation is a fundamental need of each and every human being. It should be respected and understood that all human beings have the desire to seek a temporary break from perceived reality.

Entertainment should at all times reflect the fundamental values of being human- the values of human life, the values of human affection and education, the freedom of choice and the right to choose.

Thinking skills

All humans should be versed in the different approaches and skills to thinking in an optimum approach. All humans need to be free to think their own thoughts, free from intimidation or influence.

Communication skills

Every human should have the capacity to communicate their thoughts as clearly and distinctly as they wish. Therefore, every human should be at least well skilled in the most appropriate oral and written language of
their local, regional areas and nation.

Affection

It is a fundamental need of all humans that they receive and exchange regular affection from the people with whom they have mutual relationships.

Life purpose

It is a fundamental need of every human to have a purpose to which their live has meaning.

Notice the way they note human beings and not persons.

edit they also refer to ireland as the republic or One ireland i'll have to look this up

Every human being is entitled to certain rights and freedoms without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, age, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.

found this as well
Personal privacy

No human should be subject to arbitrary interference with their privacy, family home, or correspondence, nor attacks upon their honour and reputation.
So they can't bring you into dishonour

Article 17-The constitutional privileges of individuals
17.1 Human Privileges
Privileges are benefits that come with agreeing to abide by the rules of living in a society of human beings.

A free person

According to the laws of the culture, a free person should be someone who living in that culture and is accepted as a citizen, and does not contravene the laws and values of that society.

There not using the Human Being tag anymore you'r only a person when you live in a society.

An excellent evaluation of the words "human being", "individual", and "person", showing that there is a difference, that these things are presented right in front of us, and that perhaps it is our ignorance that is enslaving us. Perhaps this can be seen in a spiritual way, meaning that it can be perceived as though the laws are here to teach us a lesson... i.e. for us to find out that ignorance is not as blissful as the saying teaches, and that indeed the truth has the power to set you free.

However, my current concern is that "nonpersons" as distinguished in Nazi Germany as those who are disabled or not of the Aaryan race were persecuted heavily, and a freeman might be considered a "nonperson" since he is not a "person". This would contradict with the 'papers please' theory that only those who had papers were taken and persecuted, although I have no idea as to the validity of this theory.

It seems very true that "he who distinguishes well, learns well".

Seanie ... nice info ...

Not sure I like the contents though; I smell a big, fat, toxic rat ...

Article 17-The constitutional privileges of individuals
17.1 Human Privileges
Privileges are benefits that come with agreeing to abide by the rules of living in a society of human beings.

This would strongly suggest that the opposite also holds as a truth ... that you have the choice NOT to agree to abide by the rules of living in a (law?) society (framework) of human beings; the downside being that there will be no benefits/privileges. Sounds fair to me. :D

The use of "a society" as opposed to "the society" also suggests that there are multiple societies, which would then also allow for a choice of which "society of human beings" one was living in. Again, this is excellent news. I do not like the society I am supposedly an involuntary member of; I choose to live in another society, with different rules and common laws. Perfect.

A free person
• According to the laws of the culture, a free person should be someone who living in that culture and is accepted as a citizen, and does not contravene the laws and values of that society.

A free person?
Is this a description of their status? Or the price the Master paid to purchase them?

Accepted as a citizen?
Hmmm ... so by using the word "accepted", it means an "application" was made. This wouldn't have been the application for a birth certificate, would it?

The laws and values of that society?
So each society has its own unique laws and values? Excellent.

I smell bullshit ...

As Rob said in another thread; please tell me the name of this society that we are (allegedly) a member of. A society is an organised group, with membership, rules, a common purpose or interest, a structure - but it also has a name. Simple question; what is the name of this society we allegedly have joined? Did we apply? How? When?

I agree.

My fear is if any one goes into the Freeman world, without researching thoroughly and completely the risks and the remedies, then they will find themselves in "nonpersons land" and subject themselves to even more dangers than if staying an enslaved person.

There is a huge middle ground that would appear to be a giant area of quicksand. TPTB have laid many traps waiting for your carelessness to set off. Sure - there is a glimmer of freedom on the other side, but if you take the wrong turn or become too hasty; an even more oppressive fate awaits you.

Just my paranoid opinion on the matter ...

Yeah there's a lot to learn, i really going to have to study the LSAT, also it could be of benefit if we can organize a list of required study to operate as a freeman,
contract law, notices claim of rights etc, this information used to be common knowledge a few hundred years ago, as it was required to operate in a society at that time, i think i remember rob saying that there are old school books and the like teach this subject as it was required to do business at the time.

Some of my own observations.

Education

All human beings require access to positive knowledge in all its forms to help promote the individual to their full potential.

'access' but not enforced.

Rest

All human beings physically require periods of at least five to seven hours rest each and every day.

'five to seven hours rest'. Some might want more, but are 'guided' by the 'five to seven hours rest' rule.

Work

Work is defined as the actions of a human to create some kind of good and service for others so that they can receive the goods and services they need.

All adult humans need useful and meaningful work.

There is no law in the Universe that says life has to be hard.

There is no law in the universe that says humans should work all their adult lives.

'All adult humans need useful and meaningful work'. Not true. When you consider that the word work above is defined as something that has to be done to get a 'return' of like goods. I might however have to 'work' my land to make goods for myself. If 'work' is defined as being that which can be used to trade (receive, services) then for me to trade at all, I therfore need to work for the benifit of others (trading for my goods). This is me taking the side of an individual that wishes to be totaly self reliant, something not possable in the first part above.

Recreation

Recreation is a fundamental need of each and every human being. It should be respected and understood that all human beings have the desire to seek a temporary break from perceived reality.

Entertainment should at all times reflect the fundamental values of being human- the values of human life, the values of human affection and education, the freedom of choice and the right to choose.

should at all times reflect the fundamental values of being human- the values of human life, the values of human affection and education, the freedom of choice and the right to choose.

The first part says should or must. The second says freedom of choice A contradiction.

Thinking skills

All humans should be versed in the different approaches and skills to thinking in an optimum approach. All humans need to be free to think their own thoughts, free from intimidation or influence.

Again 'should' equates to must. Then is contradicted by the next part. But then if you read need as not needed to be followed then need just recomends a good route if one reqires the calming of the status-quo.

Thinking skills

All humans should be versed in the different approaches and skills to thinking in an optimum approach. All humans need to be free to think their own thoughts, free from intimidation or influence.

My points are that the words need and reqire or should do not point to a granting (or rather allowing) of rights in any way. The only rights remembered are those in the top line. In my oppinion, this is to keep the workforce alive.

Thanks seanie. I am not picking on your post, only giving a viewpoint that allows others to maintain a workforce while making it look like they care.

No offense taken, i'm just trying to figure this out from an irish perspective, i welcome debate, it only expands the mind, i think the only way i can truly get my head around this material is to learn contract law, and legalese and study the LSAT as rob suggested, i don't think anyone can go into this half arsed, there's a lot of study involved, but the reward at the end is true freedom, and once someone does it they can be the light for other people. like that film pass it on. :D one freeman gets free, he then has to free 3 other people and so on. :D
