Tonight I was stopped by police as I was coming home. They told me that I was speeding, and perhaps I was.

After some checks, they left without leaving me any gifts.

They seemed to be somewhat amused when I began sentences with "the place/date from which i exited my mother's womb was..." etc.

You know that first hand or is it hearsay that you're offering to the cop?

i suppose the day i was born is hearsay, testifiable only either by record or by my parents.

if true, then i may not present my "date of birth" at a court or hearing, otherwise i would be breaking the hearsay rule.

however, a name could be "given" or "family", but what about date of birth? is there another phrase for it?

according to the statutues, the last time i saw it, stated that a person must give their name and address to an officer.

does this mean that a "person" thus has a choice? also, there is also the question of that if you are not a person, then you cannot give such details. however, my lack of freeman confirmation and my multitude of ID perhaps shows that i have been complacent to accept that i am a person, or does ID necessary show that one understands their body to be associated with legal fiction? is it necessary to produce ID to show this, or is the existence of ID enough to show that someone has contracted into a joinder with their person?

Your the guy who made the other post about the cops busting down your door stating you had drugs, right?

Seems you my man have attracted the wrong kind of attention. From what you've said in your other post sounds like they have you on their radar.. but for what. Been paying many .gov sites a visit lately?

i would very little doubt that this visit and post is not being monitored. in response to your question, i am an avid researcher of truth.

in response to your allegation that i am fabricating stories, i am ready to upload the search warrant, vital details blanked for privacy, to anyone who wants them, and whom i trust.

Misunderstanding buddy, i never said you were fabricating stories. It doesnt come as a suprise to bump into someone who's experienced stuff like this.

Do not offer hearsay evidence.

When they ask 'your' name and you give them a legal name you are committing fraud. If they try to attach a legal name to you without your consent THEY are committing fraud.

Who is the source of the legal name? Look through all of your birth docs, is your signature on them? No? Then how is it that you would consider that name as yours to give? Give them the name but inform them them at that time that you aren't the owner of the name. If they want to take the d.o.b. off of the birth certificate that's just fine, it still has nothing to do with you.

You can do that in court too, just bring the proof and stand by it. Quote Genesis 1:26 and the 'render unto Caesar what is Caesars' line.
