what she said is just sooooooooooooo true .

we might have som stocks , but how do we make absolute great usadge of that stock ?
unless we actually know , then basicly we're fkd !

The unanavailibility of yeast did occur to me a few weeks back and there's a few methods on this site for making it from scratch:

Salt we could get from the sea,if we live anywhere near the coast.This is prolly the wrong thread to list such things though.

Thank you very much for the yeast link fnulnu. I've been making my own bread for 14 months-ish and trying myh own yeast will be nice to try.
