Someone mentioned this in a thread, but I have found little corresponding information on it.

Is this the new smoking sign in america and britian or not? Reports are confusing. It defo looks like the twin towers to me, perhaps celebrating their conquest? It is completely different to the old sign.

Can anyone find any more info on this?
