but it is the same concept correct?
My biggest question is would have to be. according to Rob. in Canada you can use your birth certificate bond to pay off your schooling and other things of the sort. Does this apply in america, and if so how does it apply?

From what I can see, there is a huge misunderstanding of two separate concepts. Those being;
1. Freeman-on-the-land
2. Commercial Redemption
Our American brothers and sisters appear to be fixated with the second option; if referring to Winston Shrout, et al, then this is pertaining to commercial redemption.
This should not be confused with the Freeman approach as actioned and heralded by the likes of Rob Menard, et al.
There appears to be a third option researched by some, that being the combination of 1. and 2.
If you do not comprehend the difference between 1. and 2. then your research is far from complete :)
Peace and respect

Commercial redemption, in theory, is a way in which to operate in the private/credit/unilimted side, as opposed to the public/debt/limited side, by controlling the use of the debt instruments created in your name.
Lots to watch, read and comprehend on this subject ...

by controlling the use of the debt instruments created in your name
Correction: By controlling the use of debt instruments created in your Legal Entity which was born or brought to life around the same time you came into existence and being controlled by Admiralty/Maritime Jurisdiction. Not your name.
To the question about Freeman-on-the-Land in the States. It is possible and I am working towards that goal. The key point to this is that you will no longer be a US citizen subject and benefits will be lost but you will be a Sovereign State Citizen or in other words a Freeman-on-the-Land. I have posed this topic at thinkfreeforums with no actual rejection of the idea and I am in full force with it.

I am very new to this whole subject. Could you explain some of the basic things that would be lost and gained by becoming a sovereign state citizen?

Hi Fred
Might be worth grabbing a couple of law dictionaries to look up the definition of "name" ... you might find that the use of that word in this context is OK.
But, that's not the purpose of this post.
Why would you claim to be a "Sovereign State Citizen" ?
I'm genuinely interested; specifically in your perceived advantages of being a citizen.
Maybe I've missed something along the, but from my research, being a "citizen" is one of the labels I am hoping to avoid.
This would also be the first time I have seen the word citizen used in reference to a Freeman.
What have I overlooked ?
Peace and respect.

If you were born within the States then you are already sovereign. Every State Constitution or at least everyone has this one clause in it. "All political rights (or the like) are inherent in the people." It doesnt say its inherent to the majority of the people, or the representatives of the people, but the people themselves as individuals. Now if you have a signed contract with the US(located in DC) Then you are no longer the holder of these inherent rights and have signed away your power just to be a subject of this socialist democracy we call the US Government. The benefits are quite obvious and to lose them will not hurt those who never benefitted. I asked a supervisor over at the Social Security Office if I opt out will the pension be paid according to how much I put in there. She told me that Social Security is an Insurance and that I cant retrieve any payments because there are no pension savings. I was like  Thank god i am still young and know the horrors of the SSA misplaced funds. Hope that helps.

Feel free to avoid whatever you want, even this reply. My argument is that if we all become the State Citizens(Freeman-on-the-Land) envisioned by the Founders then we would have the remedy available in quite a hurry. Percieved is not in my line of duty as you claim it to be. These are cold hard facts and truths backed by extensive research and documents. This is about the Rule of Law and nothing more. I suggest that while the internet is still free you do your own research on why I am a Sovereign State Citizen. While you are at it also research why the USA was known to be the greatest Union ever to be developed in the history of the world. We have been ignorant for some time but thanks to some fellow Americans and helpful Canadians I have found the remedy in all this tyranny. Based on my studys America can be free within a year or so based on remedy. Like modern day Founding Father Ron Paul said "We dont need another revolution or another Constitution, we have a good one but needs implementation again."

Can we back off on the hostility?
Seems we're both looking for the same end goal, so not sure why we have to butt heads to get there.
A citizen is given rights.
A man has rights.
My question was a genuine one; why would you desire to be a citizen?
Why would want to put yourself in a position to be given that which you already have, if you know who you are?
Why would we aspire to be something that the founders envisioned?
Why would we not be what God made us?
I'm not ridiculing you; far from it.
I applaud your passion and desire ... although I fear it may be a little clouded by uber-patriotism to something that doesn't exist.
Grasping onto a fiction that the school books and disinfo rhetoric have told us to believe.
Don't you think it strange that the document which is supposedly evidence of victory over the British, was actually written by the King? Is there any other example of the defeated party writing the terms of surrender? At any time in history? Don't you find that a little strange?
The United States is still a British Colony.

You're right ... we all want out of this fiction and tyranny.
So, let's work together and leave patriotism where it belongs.
After all, we're all equal and all children of God, aren't we?
All land is a gift from the Creator.
Borders and nationalism are the creation of government and corporate entities.

If I sounded hostil then I need some reformation in my delivery of words. Yeah we are all Gods children and yes we are just one but thats not the case. Someone always wants to takeover and have what you want. Its easy to try to control others than wisely controlling yourself. We all need some form of control to protect the good from evil. Therefore, We the people in order to form a more perfect union......establish Justice......insure domestic tranquility and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity do ordain and establish this Constitution. Its that simple, by perfecting a more perfect union and establishing justice and securing liberty by way of a 9th Amendment notice of understanding and intent and claim of right and implementing remedy to other State Citizens relatively fast by the authority that has been granted under Article 4 Section 2. Its that simple. We Americans would be free in a Republic of Citizens. There is an implied duty of any human being born in any Republic and thats to safeguard against any encroachment on liberty therefore making him automatically a Citizen. In other countries a citizen is given rights in a Monarch or Democracy etc. and in the States you are given rights via the 14th Amendment but you sign up for that. The State Citizens in a designated Republic (New York for example) are born naturaly free but has the implied duty of protecting liberty. I cant stress it much more. We have given up our natural rights in a De-jure Republic in order to recieve benefits from a De-facto Socialist Democracy but you can null and void that relationship whenever you want here in the States but I cant comment on other Nations. Its the way its been set up and I dont want to lose this Nation only better it.
You Digg??
