It's certainly weird. Not sure if it's real tho. The camerman doesn't seem at all surprised that this thing lands right in front of him, then calmly switches the camera setting to night vision, but doesn't bother to zoom in, which would have been my first instinct. So I would have to say it's fake.

wonder why the screen gets green at one point - does he switch on some night vision filter or is it done afterwards? The movement of the creature seemed unnatural, but then again that kind of thing isn't natural....

This was also pretty scary.

Whats the story with these chupacabras? Can you give me a crash course about them?

The shadows don't match up.

Look at the shadow of the creature just before it jumps and then the shadows
of the fence posts on the left. Their direction doesn't match with the direction
of the creature's shadow.

Also, if you look at other videos posted by the same guy, they're animations.
So, you know he's into creating animations.

well, someone asked what software was used. person who posted the video says they using Blender for animation and compositing, in conjunction with the Voodoo camera tracker.
so i'd say its fake.
