Texas jury indicts Cheney, Gonzalez in prison abus

Cheney is charged with engaging in an organized criminal activity related to the vice president's investment in the Vanguard Group, which holds financial interests in the private prison companies running the federal detention centers. It accuses Cheney of a conflict of interest and "at least misdemeanor assaults" on detainees because of his link to the prison companies.

What does this mean?

Is Cheney going to have to appear in court?

It sounds as if the case hasn't got that far yet, but interesting that the yahoo article goes into so much depth here.

Sadly this doesnt mean a thing, the judge is guaranteed to dismiss this before it ever gets to court. Cheney will never face justice, cold hard fact!!!
