I will try my best to avoid fluoride almost every single day. I will just brush my teeth with fluoride tap water then spit it out. No, wait! Spring water. Bah, then 0.10% of fluoride for my teeth is fine with me, no thats still bad. I think I will just rinse my mouth with mouthwash.

Fluoride doesn't clean your teeth, it's an additional ingredient that supposedly strengthens tooth enamel. You certainly don't need it in toothpaste. I've used fluoride free toothpaste for the last ten years and I still don't have any fillings.

If possible, then dont drink tap water all the time. Do drink it though, so the bottom gets used to the poison. Easiest way to get immunity from something they try to kill you with... by getting used to it ;)

I buy Refresh 15l water bottlles, no additives! etc:)

One must be aware of under arm deodorant's that contain aluminium as well!

There are alternatives for that poison!

For an under arm deodorant (which i honestly use) i use distilled white vinegar (put in a spray bottle) and spray (only 3 squirts) once a day (under my arms) after a shower and it is very effective!

Think natural and green.

I live in Manitoba, which flouridates its water, and I consumed that shit up until only a year or two ago. I do still intake it in miniscule amounts, like you said rinsing the toothbrush, I'm sure a get a small amount in my mouth while showering, and I rinse my water bottle out with tap water (shaking it out well after though, of course).

Is there really flouride in mouthwash, though? It doesn't say it in the ingedients list at all, though that's assuming you can always trust it. Anymore info on this would be great, as I may still be consuming flouride and not even know it.

We are already screwed. But we didn't know, now we know.

Dentists are not really trustworthy nowadays. Even though they fix your teeth for a full price with fluoridated water from dentist tools and utensils. My doctor told me to shallow the water while he cleaned my teeth, because he knows too.
