There were some documentary films made about this woman. I saw one recently.
She appears to be an MK-Ultra/Monarch mind-control slave/victim.

My feeling about this is that the person shown may be suffering from some level of control (though such things are difficult to assess without knowing the person concerned); the right-side (left-hemisphere) shows a weakened a docile person who is not displaying any conscious "solar" self-expression, but the left-side (right-hemisphere) shows a more disturbed look. watch for the left eye becoming bigger, and extended out slightly from the skull, huge black circles under the eyes or the eyes rolling The person here may have succombed to control but I rather doubt that it is voluntary.

Yeah it could be a glitch, but I find it interesting that the glitch appears only around her face. Nothing outside of her hairline shifted in the same way.

The more I look at this clip, the creepier it gets!
There's also a dark mass that appears near her temple.

Funny thing is the "glitch" happens right at the point she's talking
about how cold she got "sleeping in the snow." (reptiles can't
tolerate cold).

The feature film made about her was called "Monster."

I found the same video on YouTube that contains the segment where she
supposedly shape-shifts but the "glitch" isn't there. It's the same footage
but no shift in sight.

But, if you search YouTube for "aileen wuornos" you can see quite a bit
of info on her including interviews. I think it's pretty apparent that she
exhibits mind-control traits, especially multiple personalities and she
speaks of being tortured, etc.

One very interesting thing she says is that the authorities allow serial killers
to go on killing because the more they kill the more money is made on the
book & movie deals.
