Hey folks. This is the second film in my freeman series. This is all about how we are manipulated by tptb into submitting to their system and some of the lengths the police will go to enforce statutes and acts. There's quite a few subjects touched upon. It's 30 mins:

Thanks to John White and Malvern for giving their two pennies worth.
Comments welcome

good little clips... nice information, and only One concern..
possibly add a disclaimer so anyone like 'Mowsley (>?) Car Auction' don't get upset as to using them as a named example, just to cover your backs (I know it again is a Statutes & Act, but you never know who gets upset).
IMO (for what it's worth) well done lads.

I know what you mean but I have ample evidence to prove my claim. If the car auctions hear about it they'll go running to the inspector who 'advised' them to levy a fine and he's up to his neck in shite over other stunts he has pulled against the good people in Birmingham. He's even had msm on his case and upset a few people.
Fining people outside the Law is not only against the Law, it is unlawful and illegal. I would say that is in the public interest. Besides, we are kicking the systems ass here in Birmingham and they can seriously do without the bad publicity!;)

what the freeman movement desperately needs now is some victory's in court to give people confidence in perusing it.

I think its more a matter of Freemen being prepared to talk publically about their Victories, and we are working on it!

The reason I say this is because its likely too late to purse this method via the Law as you will find you get fined anyway or they simply ignore the due process of law or a notary will not provide you service and so on as we are already in fascism.

The apparatus is in place, yes, but the rule of Law is NOT suspended, so there seems little value in pessimistic thinking: even though its understandably easy to get into it!

Its not pessimistic thinking its just the reality of the situation, Ive seen a few cases where people have tried the freeman approach and all failed so far. But if more people where aware of the information it might give it more clout.

Good vid. I look forward to the "next installment" of your work on the Freeman concept . . .
Malvern makes such a crucial point when he talks about "heart, passion and love" being absent in the law, the gov't and the law-enforcers . .. because without these, we are nothing.
Probably you guys have come across one of the tactics of many in the Freeman movement: waging lawsuits for copyright infringement of their names, or placing "fraudulent" liens on the property of policemen, judges, and the like in retaliation for traffic stops, judgements in court, etc. To me, these petty stunts have no heart; they are childish, greedy acts of retribution.
It's like a certain lady from the frozen north (of whom I could say many nice things, but here I'll be a bit harsh) thinking that her lawsuits for copyright infringement of her trademarked personal name will end up in the international court at the Hague. PUH-LEASE! GWB will be tried for crimes against humanity before this woman's little issues end up in court - - and guess what, GWB and his buddies will never be tried in court. Not until hell freezes over.
So, in my opinion, acts of petty warfare against "The Law": the lawsuits and the liens, which do not stem from the heart, from love, from real passion, do the movement no good. What do you think?
Now onto other matters. Darren, have you lost weight? You are looking thin! Take care of yourself. You are a national treasure, as your vids such as the Police your friendly helpers (prob not the title, but you get my drift) are absolute classics!

I feel that what ever we do should come from the heart, or whats the point..
and it's my understanding that daz and john feels the same
freedom is the grandchildren we are the caretakers

I also beleave that if it is not from the heart , that the guilt does catch up with you in the end ... even if it takes 20 years...
why are so many people having mid-life break downs ?
you must do what feels right... not what others make you think is right.
freedom is the grandchildren.... ask yourself ... are you a caretaker ?

Great stuff you are putting out guys,:)
One thing I have noticed when getting into this is that words are not what they seem. Like "must" "Vehicle" The terminology they use is a trap once we start using there "words"we fall for their trap.
As true man and women we should use words like car instead of Vehicle, thats the statues wording and I would want to distance myself away from their terminology.

just watched the latest vid superb :) also just watched this vid http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=UqBBK4xY2Mk&feature=related
where the guy says something along the lines of "if the government ever became less corrupt I may think of rejoining society" any idea how this would be possible? I was getting the impression once its done its done which was kinda holding me back also gotta be ultra clear that it would not have a negative effect on my family (wife + 4 kids) as we all live under the same roof would it effect their right to claim anything, ie tax credits, housing benefit etc Im not worried about my right to claim anything I just want to make a stand but not if it effects them.

Your notice of understanding and intent and claim of right is for yourself. I can't see how it would effect your family. I am in a similar position & do not believe they have a say in the matter. It's none of their business where you live or who you live with. They have no say in your life what so ever, if you don't want them to! I have spoken to TheAntiTerrorist and others extensively on this subject and they are saying the same thing.
Rebel to your hearts content my friend, there's nothing they can lawfully do about it!:)
