It all comes under Admiralty or maritime law. When you go to some courts they have the gold frill round the flag. This means that the court case is a legal contract entered into by all parties. They use specific language and terminology.

They also have granted spying rights to many organisations now. So each and every company can be listening to many people and stealing their Intellectual Property. I expect that plenty of these private corporations are in receipt of the mechanical rights to some music etc. This would explain how some singers seem to be able to do anything or get special treatment above what anyone else receives. They are the puppets of the respective organisations. I am of the belief that the different private political police forces such as the city of London police, British transport police, Metropolitan Police, Home office/special branch etc are trading with the different Music companies in the collection of Intellectual Property which is gained on surveillance operations.

Before you go to that extent, I'm wondering whether your public library might be able to help you.

Here in NYC, the public library has an amazing number of databases which you can access for free if you have a library card, or even just visit. Normally, for an individual, you'd have to pay loads.

Does your library have an answer line? Here in NYC, there's a special number you can call and ask a reference question. If the librarian can't answer it right away, he or she will call you back. It might be worth a shot to give your library a buzz or stop on by and see what's up.

IMHO this revelation will be a milestone in the awakening of millions of others who are stirring but don't quite 'get it' yet....

I've been listening to the Anti-Terrorist for a while now and I think he's very interesting.

What I have noticed is that all of these companies are private limited. What this means to you and me is that the shareholders names are kept private! They don't have to tell us who actually receives all the money that these companies make.

Just to clarify, Private Limited just means that the company's shares are allocated by the directors of the company and the company remains privately owned (only answerable to the private shareholders). As opposed to Public Limited Company (plc) which means the company is floated on the stock market, whereby anyone can buy shares in the company and the CEO and board are answerable to the shareholders.

If all of these organisations are (Private) Limited Companies then they should be registered with companies house, in which case the reports (listing financial returns, directors, share allocations) can be purchased very cheaply. I own a Limited Company and when you form it you can stipulate additional names to trade under, which I do not think are made available on the companies house website, however under FOI you could no doubt request the info. WHat I am saying is that West Midlands Police could have originally registered the company as the WM Service Trading Company but stipulated a trading name of West Midlands Police. This name could also be used at the bank as an alternative trading name for the process of receiving cheques for payment of fines etc.

This would be the same for councils etc etc etc. The alternative might be that each of these organisations are set up as Not for Profit organisations, in which case this is all above board and legal. To be honest, they would need to set up as something otherwise there would be no way of collecting our cash for fines etc!!!

If anyone received a speeding fine or parking ticket recently please post on here who the cheque should be made payable to. Also, it is now a legal requirement to include company name, number and or VAT registration details on any letter sent out by a private limited company.

All we need to do is find the smoking gun, but I think if it did exist it would be very very well hidden, or worse still turned onto you!

The changes in colors in the videos may evoke certain states of mind in the viewer. . . .just a thought.

Also, while the AntiTerrorist can make approving comments, many of his replies in the comments after his vids strike me as being that of a "know it all" who holds himself above others. What's the point of making videos if you're simply preaching to the choir? He must know that others to whom these are totally new concepts might find his videos. Don't belittle people for not knowing their rights . . . and don't hold yourself so superior.
