I can discern the shape of a man maybe woman walking around especially near the end of the sequence, it looks a bit like a speeded up timelapse thing overlaid on top off it/edited.

It passes in front of everything, so it is on the dome or reflected from the dome onto the dome.

The only thing else it could be is a cerb crawler outside the gaff that, again, is reflecting its head lights from the back of the dome. It moves in an arch.

I think it is like some time lapse footage, layered on top of it, even on the small screen, I can see what look like legs at the bottom of the Blob/orb/person/ghost.
I think itis camera trickery. I think, but do not know and don't really care, but I see it my way, can't force everyone else to see what I see, anyway think I've been on computer too long today, so maybe I am projecting shit on the shit...t i r e d

to me it looks like sumthing over the dome and out of focus.

or it could be an image left over from a pre recorded image that she taped over b4?

but im not convinced its a ghost!
