David Blaine survives "Dive of Death"

NEW YORK (Reuters) - David Blaine's "Dive of Death" wasn't, after all -- the magician and showman ended up alive on Wednesday night after his 60-hour stunt of hanging upside down in Central Park.

Blaine also lived for 44 days inside a transparent box suspended over the Thames River in London in fall 2003.

Interesting that when they mentioned his stunt on the news they talked out David Blaines' "Upside down" World - that really made me think, when I heard it. Just because I was reading all about our world being "upside down" - in a secret history of the world book. Although I am not clever enough yet to understand all the hidden messages in the news - I try not to listen to the news but having read the threads about the news behind the news I sometimes tune in to see the headlines and see this just made me think. Not sure if previous stunts of his have any meaning or not.

Just a thought that crossed my mind.

England blew its chance in 2003 when they could have put that crane to good use and lowered him straight into the Thames on the first day and put us all out of our misery.


The people in New York could have helped him go for the world record for enduring X amount of days lit on fire, but OH NO, now we'll all be subject to his next idiotic trick because of their laziness.

Blaine seems to be a spiritual person. I like him. Anyway, what is more crazy, his stunts that harm no-one, or the sheeple going about their business in so called "normality". The sheeple like to ridicule him all the time.

The link you posted had the wrong tags around it, the URL was between
[ media ] [ /media ] the one I posted has the tags [ IMG ] [ /IMG ] around it.
If you quote your original post and then my one you can see what I mean. That's the only difference I can see.

The plonker was doing a stunt in London a few years ago,was pleasantly suprised by the attitude of onlookers.

'Five years ago, some Londoners jeered Blaine's attempt to live for 44 days inside a transparent box above the Thames.

A few threw eggs and golf balls at Blaine, others held barbecues underneath his box and one man was fined after trying to sabotage his water supply. Others bared their breasts and buttocks at him while some banged drums to keep him awake at night.'
