Brooke Bennett Murder

In the police affidavit, it says the victim was told the president of the United States had selected her for the sex program. The president assigns a trainer, and her trainer would be Michael Jacques. And then she was abused-- almost tortured-- on a weekly basis in many different ways for the next five years. The victim testified she had met three men as part of the "Breckenridge" ring who had told her what types of sexual activity she needed to work on to graduate.

Of course it's too outrageous to believe that this is the truth. This man Jacques has a history of being abused and abuse. He worked in collusion with Brooke's stepfather Gagnon.
At first, it seemed rings of protection always circled Jaqces, before and after this incident. His own prison authorities said he was reformed, but he was released and abused again less than one year after release without probation. Why have anti-death penalty lawyers before any decision or announcement by the federal government?
Is his unwillingness to go to full trial proof of him being silenced for the "Breckenridge" group? Are there more victims of this Breckenridge group? Have they gone through or are continuing to go through Gagnon and Jacques associates and their contacts for this kind of behavior.
Where did Gagnon and Jacques receive their training and so on?
What did the mother of Brooke, and the 14-yr old accomplice and her mother know and when did they know it?
What did the father of Brooke know about this man Jacques, his brother-in-law?
