I see nothing suspicious about his symbol. He seems like a great guy with a great attitude.

i think that his logo (without the letters) spells the word JOEL. it is an illusion that contains all the letters, so it looks original.

Remove all the letters except the larger "O" and you have an eye.

On the left you have a claw or talons as used in many illuminati financial/government logos.

The oval is also 2 crescent moons which are occult symbols. Together they also make up a sort of ouroborus (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/fa/Ouroboros.png/250px-Ouroboros.png), another occult symbol.

And, the blue + gold colors are illuminati/freemasonry colors.
