A paedophile would never do that in public with a stranger's child. They're too wary of bringing attention to it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but half of Russia is so cold that people would be killing children if they didn't share body heat.

Putin on the other hand was on a mission to irritate Western people whilst looking like a good man to the Russian people, and telling Russians that Russia is a very special country which the rest of the world irrationaly dislikes.

If it had backfired in Russia then they could have flooded the media with all kinds of psychology which says that the Germans were reared into fascism by a lack of affection in their child hood, stuff like that.

By that time he had allready established a law which says that 50% of the Russian media has to be friendly to the government.
